Anderson, Young, Mish and Cozier earn weekly honors

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Fordham senior quarterback Kevin Anderson is the second different Ram to earn Patriot League Corvias Offensive Player of the Week honors in two weeks after tossing five touchdown passes in a win over Yale. Holy Cross’s senior linebacker Kyle Young played an instrumental role in the Crusaders’ upset win over No. 15/20 Harvard, registering eight tackles, 2.0 TFLs, 2.0 sacks and two forced fumbles to earn Defensive Player of the Week honors.

Lehigh sophomore punter/kicker Ed Mish was perfect on extra-point attempts and proved to be a weapon on special teams, averaging 49.2 yards per punt and 64.5 yards per kickoff to earn Corvias Special Teams Player of the Week honors. Crusaders freshman running back Domenic Cozier rushed for 112 yards on 16 carries, becoming the first HC player to rush for over 100 yards since 2014, helping him earn Rookie of the Week honors.

Holy Cross sophomore quarterback Geoff Wade makes the weekly honor roll for the first time, throwing for 245 yards and two touchdowns in the win over the Crimson. He is joined by Colgate running back Keyon Washington, who rushed for over 100 yards for the third straight week and Lehigh quarterback Brad Mayes, who came on in the second quarter to lead the Mountain Hawks to a 35-3 win at Georgetown.

Georgetown’s sophomore linebacker J’V’on Butler finished with 11 tackles, 1.0 TFL and an interception, while Colgate’s Tyler Castillo had an interception, a pass breakup and two tackles in the Raiders 27-7 win over Bucknell.
