American Sports Network to Televise Four Patriot League Basketball Games

League schedule on ASN begins on January 11 with Lafayette at Holy Cross

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – The Patriot League will have four basketball games broadcast on the American Sports Network (ASN), with three men’s games and one women’s game scheduled to air during the 2016-17 season.
 
The slate of Patriot League basketball on ASN begins with the defending League champion Holy Cross men’s basketball team hosting Lafayette on Wednesday, January 11. The opening tipoff between the Crusaders and Leopards is scheduled for 7 p.m. EST.
 
The action continues with the Boston University men’s team traveling to 2016 regular-season champ Bucknell on Saturday, January 21 at 2 p.m. EST. The Holy Cross women’s team will host the Bison on Saturday, February 4 at noon EST, before the schedule concludes with the Loyola Maryland and Boston University men meeting on Saturday, February 11 at noon EST.

Wednesday, January 11 – Lafayette at Holy Cross (7 p.m.)
Saturday, January 21 – Boston University at Bucknell (2 p.m.)
Saturday, February 11 – Loyola Maryland at Boston University (12 p.m.)

Saturday, February 4 – Bucknell at Holy Cross (12 p.m.)
 
The Patriot League also scheduled four games to air on the American Sports Network during the fall, including last week’s Army West Point – Navy men’s soccer match from Talen Energy Center in Chester, Pa. American will take on Army West Point in volleyball on Friday, September 30 at 7 p.m. EST. Patriot League football games featuring Lehigh at Holy Cross (Saturday, Oct. 22) and Fordham at Bucknell (Saturday, Nov. 19) round out the fall schedule. In addition, the Patriot League will also have additional spring programming on American Sports Network.
