Patriot League Women's Volleyball Tournament Field Set

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – American (23-7, 14-1 PL) earned the regular-season championship and will host the 2017 Patriot League Women’s Volleyball Tournament at Bender Arena in Washington, D.C. for the fifth-consecutive season when semifinal round action begins on Saturday, November 18.
 
The Eagles will host No. 4-seed Lehigh (18-12, 9-7 PL), who earned the final spot in the four-team tournament on Friday evening, in the first semifinal matchup, scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. Navy (22-7, 12-4 PL) defeated Army West Point (18-11, 11-5 PL) on Sunday to claim the No. 2-seed in the tournament and will take on the third-seeded Black Knights in the second semifinal matchup on Saturday, beginning at 5 p.m. Both games will be streamed live on the Patriot League Network (PLN).
 
The semifinal winners will meet for the Patriot League Women’s Volleyball Championship and the League’s automatic berth into the 2017 NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Tournament on Sunday, November 19 at 3 p.m.
