HOW TO WATCH/LISTEN PATRIOT LEAGUE MEN’S BASKETBALL THIS WEEK
The Patriot League will feature 10 games on the
Patriot League Network (PLN) this week. On Monday, the Mids take on the Raiders at 5 p.m., before four 7 p.m. tilts, including Bucknell at Lafayette, Lehigh at Boston University, Army West Point at American and Loyola Maryland at Holy Cross. Thursday will feature five more games, beginning with Lafayette at Army West Point at noon. Boston University hosts Colgate (7 p.m.), American welcomes Loyola Maryland (7 p.m.) and Navy takes on Holy Cross (7 p.m.). Lehigh will also travel to Bucknell for a rematch of last season’s Patriot League Championship Game, produced by Stadium. In addition to being available on the PLN, the matchup will be available on a variety of OTA stations (complete list on PatriotLeague.com), while also being streamed live on Twitter, by following @WatchStadium. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. between the Mountain Hawks and the Bison.

THREE PATRIOT LEAGUE STUDENT-ATHLETES AMONG 2017-18 SENIOR CLASS AWARD CANDIDATES
Army West Point senior forward Luke Morrison, Lehigh senior guard Kahron Ross and Navy senior guard Shawn Anderson were named among the 30 men’s basketball candidates for the Senior CLASS Award, annually awarded to an NCAA Division I senior for notable achievements in four areas of excellence: community, classroom, character and competition. The Patriot League’s three candidates is only behind the ACC, who have four on the list. The American Athletic Conference, Big East and Pac-12 each have three representatives apiece.
LEHIGH’S KAHRON ROSS BREAKS CAREER ASSISTS RECORD
Lehigh senior guard Kahron Ross dished out nine assists in the Mountain Hawks loss to Navy on Tuesday to become the Patriot League’s career assists leader with 600. Ross breaks the record of former Holy Cross star Jave Meade (2000-04), who held the record with 599 assists since 2004. Ross led the Patriot League with 5.2 assists per game last season. The two-time all-League point guard has finished with at least 164 assists in each of his three seasons in Bethlehem, Pa. His season-high assist total came in his record-breaking game at Navy on January 2 with nine.
SEVEN TEAMS TIED ATOP THE STANDINGS AT 2-1; BUCKNELL HOLDS BEST RPI
After Friday’s results, seven Patriot League teams are tied atop the standings at 2-1. Boston University, Bucknell, Colgate, Lafayette, Lehigh, Loyola Maryland and Navy have each won two League games through three played. The Terriers and Raiders were handed their first losses of the season on January 5 to Loyola Maryland and Lafayette, respectively. The Leopards have gotten hot at the right time, winning two games in a row for the first time this season. Meanwhile the Bison, who defeated a pair of Atlantic 10 opponents during the final week of non-League play, boast the best RPI in the Patriot League at 138. Six of Bucknell’s 16 games came against teams currently in the RPI top-100. Navy has the League’s second-best RPI at 197.
