American hosted the tournament for the 10th time in 11 years and followed through with the home-court advantage to claim its 10th Patriot League title in 11 seasons. Freshman Sara Rishell became the first student-athlete in League history to earn Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year and Tournament MVP honors in the same season in guiding the Eagles to another championship campaign.
