Camila and Denise Infante were both Second-Team All-American selections, while Schickhardt captured Third-Team honors. Camila has been tabbed a Second-Team All-American for three-straight seasons, while 2006 marks the first nods for Denise and Schickhardt.
In 2006, Camila earned First-Team All-Patriot League status and was named the Patriot League Tournament Most Valuable Player. The senior midfielder recorded 29 points on 15 goals and five assists this season. She ended her career at American second all-time in Patriot League history in points (138) and assists (40) and fourth in goals (49).
As the 2006 Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year, Denise was tabbed First-Team All-Patriot League. The junior defender anchored the Eagles' defense that owned a 2.06 goals against average, while helping out offensively with 29 points on 10 goals and nine assists.
Schickhardt was American's leading scorer with 32 points on 11 goals and 10 assists, ranking third in the Patriot League in points. The 2006 First-Team All-Patriot League selection was the only Patriot League student-athlete to twice register six points in a single game this season.
Overall, the Patriot League has had 12 different student-athletes named NFHCA All-Americans, including two that were honored multiple times, - American's Javiera Villagra (2003, 2004, 2005) and Camila Infante (2004, 2005, 2006). Villagra is the only first-team All-American in Patriot League field hockey history, earning that honor in 2005.
