Six Patriot League student-athletes from swimming and diving and track and field were selected by the ECAC as performers of the week. The student-athletes honored were Navy's Kevin Teague and Paul Harris, Army's Steve Zhang, Lafayette's Ashley Harbin and Bucknell's Courtney Warren and Eliza Massie.
Navy's Harris and Teague were named Patriot League Male Track Athlete of the Week and Patriot League Male Diver of the Week, respectively, on Tuesday. For the second time this season, Harris posted an IC4A qualifying mark in the 800-meter run. The Mid won the event with a time of 1:53.5. Harris also ran the anchor leg of the event-winning 4x400-meter relay. This win gave Navy a one-point lead heading into the final event. This is the second time this season that Teague has been recognized by the ECAC. The senior took first in both diving events against Harvard, winning the one-meter board by 10 points and the three-meter by 27 points.
This week's Patriot League Male Field Performer of the Week, Army's Zhang, took first and qualified for the IC4A Championships with his 14.45-meter mark in the triple jump at the Carleton Crowell Open.
Lafayette's Harbin was selected as the Patriot League Female Field Performer of the Week with her first-place finish in the weight throw at the Carleton Crowell Open. Her personal-best 19.115-meter mark was not only an ECAC qualifying mark but an NCAA provisional qualifying mark as well.
In women's swimming and diving, Bucknell swept the Patriot League weekly awards with Warren taking swimming honors and Massie grabbing diving accolades. Warren won the 50-backstroke and was a member of the runner-up 200-medley and 350-freestyle relay teams against Princeton. Massie set personal bests at Princeton with her one-meter mark of 246.52 points and her three-meter score of 257.54 points.
