CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Nine Patriot League football games will be televised nationally via Stadium’s over-the-air (OTA) channels during the 2019 season, beginning with the Saturday, Sept. 7 contest between Marist and Georgetown. Additionally a free live stream of each national game will be shown on
WatchStadium.com and on the
Patriot League Network (PLN).
Each of the games will also be distributed live on Stadium’s digital outlets including Roku, Pluto TV, Twitch.TV, Samsung TV Plus, and XUMO.
Defending Patriot League Champion Colgate will be featured on Stadium twice during the 2019 season. The Raiders host fellow FCS Playoff quarterfinalist Maine on Sept. 21 before welcoming Lehigh to Hamilton, N.Y. on Oct. 5.
In addition to the season opener with the Red Foxes, Georgetown will be featured three times during the 2019 season, including its season finale with Holy Cross on Nov. 23. The Crusaders are featured on Stadium three times, as well, beginning with its Nov. 2 meeting at Lehigh. The Mountain Hawks will also play three games on Stadium, including a Nov. 9 contest at Bucknell.
Bucknell will play on Stadium twice in 2019, beginning with a Sept. 28 home game against Ivy League rival Princeton. Lafayette plays at Georgetown on Oct. 19 and Fordham hosts the Crusaders on Nov. 16
Veteran Patriot League and national television play-by-play announcer Matt Martucci and Dave Owens, who played collegiately at the U.S. Naval Academy, will be back on the call for the Patriot League’s nine football games on Stadium during the 2019 season. They will work with Emmy-award winning producer Bob Lanning, who was instrumental in the launch of the Big Ten Network and received recognition for his work on Winter and Summer Olympic coverage for ABC Sports, in addition to directing inaugural HD broadcasts of the NFL, The Masters and the U.S. Open Tennis Championship for CBS Sports
