HAMILTON, N.Y. – Senior guard Katie Nelson’s 20-point performance guided the Boston University to a 79-51 win over Colgate on Saturday afternoon.
* With 20 points, Nelson eclipsed the 1,000 career point mark to become the 24th Terrier in school history to reach the milestone. Nelson also matched her career-high with eight assists.
* Four other Boston U. players scored double-digits; sophomore guard Sydney Johnson (13), sophomore guard Maggie Pina (11), sophomore forward Maren Durant (10), and junior forward Riley Childs (10).
* Colgate sophomore guard Alexa Brodie led the teams with 14 points, followed by freshman forward Lindsay Blackmore and freshman guard Ariel Loiter with nine points apiece.
* The Raiders outscored the Terriers, 16-12, in the final quarter.
* The two teams will meet again tomorrow in Hamilton, N.Y. at 1 p.m.

EASTON, Pa. – The Bucknell Bison remain undefeated in Patriot League play with an 80-51 victory at Lafayette on Saturday afternoon.
* Bucknell senior guard Abby Kapp led all players with 24 points while teammate senior forward Tessa Brugler earned her second double-double of the season (13 pts, 10 rebs).
* As a team, the Bison connected on 11-of-19 attempts (.579) from behind the 3-point line.
* Lafayette senior forward Natalie Kucowski scored 17 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for her third-straight double-double of the season.
* Senior guard Drew Freeland contributed eight points, six rebounds and one steal, while junior guard Nicole Johnson led the team in assists (4) and steals (2).
* Bucknell leads the all-time series against the Leopards, 48-38.
* The two teams will meet again tomorrow in Lewisburg, Pa. at 4 p.m.

WEST POINT, N.Y. – First-year Holy Cross head coach Maureen Magarity earned her first win at the helm as the Crusaders defeated Army West Point, 80-46, on Saturday afternoon.
* Holy Cross had five players finish in double-figures in scoring, including: junior guard Avery LaBarbera (23), Bronagh Power-Cassidy (17), sophomore guard Addisyn Cross (11), junior forward Oluchi Ezemma (10), and junior forward Madison Demski (10).
* Crusaders’ freshman guard Cara McCormack led all players in assists with five.
* Freshman guard Kaci Helmick (13) and junior forward Taylor Sullivan (10) led the Black Knights in points.
* Army’s bench outscored Holy Cross, 26-22.
* The teams will meet again tomorrow in Worcester, Mass for a 3 p.m. start.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh Mountain Hawks defended its home court with a 79-70 victory against American on Saturday night. 
* The Mountain Hawks were led by freshman guard Mackenzie Kramer with 21 points, followed by sophomore guard Frannie Hottinger with 18 points, and junior guard Megan Walker (15). 
* The Mountain Hawks held a scoring advantage in the first (26-17), second (13-11) and third (22-16) quarters. 
* American junior guard Jade Edwards paced the team with 16 points while senior guard  Indeya Sanders and freshman guard Ivy Bales both scored 10 points each.          
* Edwards added five steals while Sanders added seven assists. 
* The two teams will meet again on Monday, January 11 at 2 p.m. in Bethlehem.
