WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross junior wide receiver Ayir Asante caught three touchdown passes to lead the Crusaders to a 35-10 victory over Lafayette at Fitton Field on Saturday.
*Asante caught nine passes for 137 yards and three scores, two from sophomore quarterback Marco Siderman, who threw for a team-high 173 yards on 18-of-23 passing. Sophomore quarterback Matt Sluka also threw one touchdown pass to Asante.
*Senior running back Peter Oliver rushed for 105 yards on 18 carries, while Sluka rushed for 61 yards and a touchdown on nine carries for Holy Cross.
*Crusaders junior linebacker Jacob Dobbs posted a team-high eight tackles and one sack, as seven different Holy Cross defensive players recorded a sack.
*Senior defensive back John Smith intercepted his League-leading fourth pass of the season for the Crusaders.
*Lafayette senior linebacker Major Jordan returned an interception for a 50-yard touchdown in the second quarter for the Leopards’ lone touchdown.
*Junior linebacker Jyaire Stevens recorded a career-high 15 tackles with 1.0 TFL. Junior linebacker Marco Olivas finished with 13 tackles, and senior defensive lineman Malik Hamm added eight tackles for the Leopards.
*Junior wide receiver Joe Gillette caught five passes for a team-leading 65 yards, and freshman quarterback Ah-Shaun Davis completed 16-of-33 passes for 138 yards and an interception.

WASHINGTON – Fordham answered an early Georgetown touchdown with 41 straight points, including three touchdown passes from senior quarterback Tim DeMorat and two scores from senior Zach Davis to lead the Rams to a 41-20 victory over the Hoyas at Cooper Field.
*DeMorat completed 22-for-37 passes for 273 yards and three touchdown passes, including two to junior wide receiver Fotis Kokosioulis, who had five catches for 91 yards.
*Davis rushed 21 times for 103 yards and two touchdowns for a Rams squad that totaled 230 yards on the ground.
*Georgetown senior wide receiver Joshua Tomas finished with career highs of 10 catches for 142 yards and a touchdown. Tomas posted his second-consecutive game with more than 130 receiving yards.
*Fifth-year quarterback Joseph Brunell completed 14-of-22 passes for 197 yards and a touchdown. Senior quarterback Lorenzo Linsey also completed 2-of-3 passes for 41 yards and a touchdown.
*The Hoyas scored first on a three-yard run by fifth-year running back Jackson Saffold, but the Rams scored the following six touchdowns, including two apiece from Davis and Kokosioulis to put the game out of reach.
*Fordham freshman linebacker James Conway, fifth-year defensive back Jesse Bramble and junior defensive back Stephen Williams II posted six tackles apiece. Bramble also intercepted a pass in the second quarter.
*Georgetown graduate student defensive back Ahmad Wilson registered a game-high 11 tackles and a pass breakup. Sophomore defensive back David Ealey III matched his career-high with nine tackles.

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Three Lehigh running backs combined to rush for five touchdowns, including two apiece from junior Zaythan Hill and sophomore Jack DiPietro, as the Mountain Hawks defeated Bucknell 38-6 at Christy Mathewson-Memorial Stadium.
*Trailing 3-0 to the Bison, senior running back Rashawn Allen put the Mountain Hawks on the scoreboard with a one-yard plunge in the second quarter to take a 7-3 lead.
*DiPietro and Hill scored less than two minutes apart before the end of the first half to put Lehigh in front 21-3 with 2:42 remaining in the second quarter.
*Bucknell sophomore placekicker Ryan Schatzel booted his second field goal of the second quarter, a career-long 45-yarder, to make the score 21-6 at the break.
*Lehigh junior placekicker Dylan Van Dusen connected on a 28-yard field goal in the third quarter, and Hill and DiPietro rushed for fourth-quarter touchdowns to seal the Mountain Hawks’ first victory of the season.
*The Mountain Hawks defense held Bucknell to 14 rushing yards and intercepted three passes in the win.
*Fifth-year linebacker Nate Norris had a team-high 10 tackles and one sack, while sophomore linebacker Mike DeNucci had five tackles and two sacks.
*Bison junior safety Brent Jackson finished with a team-high nine tackles, while sophomore defensive lineman Mike Bright Jr. had six tackles and one sack.
