BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Patriot League men’s basketball student-athletes were recognized as All-District selections by the USBWA and NABC when the organizations released honors on Tuesday.
Colgate senior guard Jordan Burns was recognized by the U.S. Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) as a member of the 2020-21 All-District II squad. District II includes student-athletes from N.Y., N.J., Del., D.C., Pa. and W.Va. Burns was named the 2020-21 Patriot League Men’s Basketball Player of the Year and 2021 PenFed Credit Union Patriot League Men’s Basketball Championship MVP.

Ten Patriot League men’s basketball student-athletes were recognized by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) when All-District teams were announced. Burns, Bucknell senior forward John Meeks, Lafayette senior guard Justin Jaworski, Loyola Maryland sophomore forward Santi Aldama and Navy senior guard Cam Davis were selected to the NABC District 13 First Team. American senior guard Jamir Harris, Boston University junior forward Walter Whyte, Colgate junior guard Tucker Richardson, Lafayette senior guard E.J. Stephens and Lehigh senior guard Marques Wilson made the second team. Navy Head Coach Ed DeChellis was named the District 13 Coach of the Year.
