Raiders win sixth in a row; Leopards, Midshipmen, Terriers and Crusaders all pick up victories

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Senior guard Tyrone Perry connected on three free throws in the final 10 seconds to help Lafayette outlast Lehigh in a 73-69 win on Saturday afternoon at Stabler Arena.
*Perry finished with 19 points, four rebounds, three assists and three steals, while junior forward Neal Quinn scored a game-high 22 points to go with six rebounds for the Leopards.
*Sophomore forward Kyle Jenkins’s deep 3-pointer with 1:52 remaining in regulation put the Leopards in front for good to help withstand Lehigh’s second-half comeback.
*Jenkins finished with nine points and six boards, while junior forward Leo O’Boyle added 17 points on 3-of-4 shooting from deep.
*The Leopards capitalized off of 15 Lehigh turnovers, finishing with 29 points off turnovers.
*Fifth-year guard Marques Wilson and junior guard Jake Betlow came off the bench to lead the Mountain Hawks with 15 points apiece, while senior center Nic Lynch added 12 points.  
* Betlow scored all 15 of his points in the second half, connecting on 4-of-5 from 3-point range.
*Wilson’s 3-pointer at the 9:33 mark in the second half capped a 17-4 run by the Mountain Hawks to erase a 13-point deficit, tying the score at 55.
*The Mountain Hawks’ reserves outscored the Lafayette bench, 42-0.

BOSTON – Graduate student guard Javante McCoy scored a game-high 25 points to lead Boston University to an 85-67 victory over American on Saturday at Case Gym.
*McCoy shot 9-of-14 from the floor and pulled down six boards to lead BU to its third straight victory.
*Graduate student forward Sukhmail Mathon and senior forward Walter Whyte finished with 13 and 11 points, respectively. They each grabbed eight boards to help the Terriers outrebound the Eagles 33-24.
* Sophomore guard Daman Tate and senior guard Jonas Harper also reached double figures, scoring 14 and 10 points, respectively, for the Terriers.
*The Terriers shot 56 percent (32-for-57) from the floor.
*Freshman guard Elijah Stephens led four American players in double figures with 15 points.
*Graduate student guard Stacy Beckton Jr. scored 11 points, while sophomore guard Colin Smalls and senior guard Jaxon Knotek added 11 points apiece.

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Navy junior forward Tyler Nelson scored a team-high 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead the Mids to a 52-49 victory over Army West Point to split the season series.
*Junior forward Daniel Deaver came off the bench to score 10 points and pull down a team-high eight boards, while junior guard Sean Yoder scored all five of his points in the final two minutes to help Navy outlast the Black Knights.
*The Mids’ defense held Army West Point to 29.6 percent from the floor and 14.3 percent from beyond the arc, both season lows for the Black Knights.
*This is the third time that Navy has held a League opponent to less than 50 points this season.
*Sophomore guard Jalen Rucker was the lone Black Knight to reach double figures, finishing with a game-high 18 points.
*Senior guard Josh Caldwell added eight points, eight rebounds and two steals, while junior forward Chris Mann chipped in seven points and five boards.

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Senior forward Gerrale Gates recorded his 10th double-double of the season with 19 points and 10 rebounds to lead Holy Cross to a 78-72 victory over Bucknell at Sojka Pavilion
*Gates and sophomore guards Bo Montgomery and Judson Martindale combined to shoot 6-for-6 from the free-throw line in the game’s final 17 seconds to hold off a late Bison run. Montgomery and Martindale finished with 13 and 10 points, respectively.
*Freshman guard Kyrell Luc added 14 points, six assists and four rebounds, while freshman forward Caleb Kenney added 10 points and six boards to help Holy Cross win its fifth game in its last six tries.
*Bucknell junior guard Xander Rice scored 21 points in 24 minutes, connecting on 6-of-10 from the floor and 3-of-5 from long distance.
*Senior guard Andrew Funk added 16 points and four assists, while sophomore forward Jake van der Heijden chipped in 10 points.
*Sophomore forward Andrew Screen contributed eight points, nine rebounds and four blocked shots for Bucknell, and junior forward Malachi Rhodes matched a game-high with 10 boards.

BALTIMORE – Junior forward Keegan Records posted 14 points, nine rebounds and three blocked shots to help extend Colgate’s win streak to six in a 64-56 decision at Loyola Maryland on Saturday evening.
*Records shot 6-of-7 from the floor with five of his nine boards coming on the offensive glass. He also dished out two assists.
*Senior guard Tucker Richardson finished with 13 points, six boards and three assists, while fifth-year guard Jack Ferguson added 11 points for the Raiders.
*Senior guard Oliver Lynch-Daniels, the Patriot League leader in 3-point field goal percentage, went 3-for-5 from beyond the arc for nine points. He has connected at a .516 clip from long range this season.
*Loyola Maryland senior guard Jaylin Andrews scored a game-high 19 points to go along with eight rebounds.
*Junior forward Golden Dike added seven points and a game-high 10 boards for the Greyhounds.
