BOSTON – Freshman guard Braeden Smith and senior guard Tucker Richardson combined for 36 points to lead Colgate to a 64-51 victory over Boston University to remain undefeated in League play.
*The Raiders improved to 9-0 in League play, earning a record 24th-consecutive victory against a Patriot League opponent dating back to Jan. 31, 2022.
*Smith connected on 8-of-9 from the field for a game-high 21 points. Richardson recorded a double-double with 15 points and 11 boards while adding six assists and three steals in the Raiders’ record-setting win.
*Senior guard Oliver Lynch-Daniels contributed 12 points, while senior forward Keegan Records chipped in eight points, six rebounds, four blocks, two steals and two assists for Colgate
*Boston University graduate student guard Walter Whyte finished with 11 points and five boards, while senior forward Fletcher Tynen added 10 points and six rebounds.
*The Terriers bench unit outscored Colgate’s bench, 18-2.
