WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point held Loyola Maryland scoreless through the final 2:19 of regulation, scoring the final seven points of the game to earn a 76-70 win and clinch a season series sweep.
*Black Knights’ senior forward Chris Mann scored a team-high 18 points, adding five rebounds, three assists and three steals, while freshman forward Ethan Roberts added 17 points and seven boards.
*Freshman guard Coleton Benson finished with 13 points, while junior guard Jalen Rucker and junior forward Abe Johnson each added 10 points.
*Loyola Maryland graduate student guard Jaylin Andrews and freshman guard Deon Perry scored 17 points apiece to lead the Greyhounds.
*Graduate student guard Kenneth Jones added 13 points, while junior forward Alonso Faure scored seven points and grabbed a team-high eight rebounds.
