West Point, N.Y. – Lehigh fifth-year forward Maddie Albrecht scored a game-high 24 points to lead the Mountain Hawks past Army West Point, 90-51, on Sunday afternoon.
* Lehigh opened the game with an 11-0 run, highlighted by three-pointers from seniors Ella Stemmer, Colleen McQuillen and Meghan O'Brien.
*The Mountain Hawks built on their 23-13 first-quarter lead with a dominant 18-4 second quarter, including a 15-1 run to head into halftime up 41-17.
*Army West Point trimmed the deficit to 21 points before Lehigh pulled away again in the fourth quarter.
* Lehigh shot 10-of-18 from three-point range and 58% from the field, dominating the paint with a 44-22 scoring advantage.
* Albrecht led the Mountain Hawks with 24 points, while first-year guard Belle Bramer added 15 points and sophomore forward Whitney Lind contributed 13 points off the bench.
* The Black Knights were paced by sophomore forward Fiona Hastick, freshman guard Reese Ericson and senior guard Trinity Hardy, who each scored nine points.
