West Point, N.Y. – Holy Cross used a strong second half to defeat Army West Point, 61-52, improving to 6-1 and staying tied for first place in the Patriot League standings.
*Both teams played a defensively sound first half, holding each other to under 40% shooting from the field.
*In the third quarter, Holy Cross went on an 11-3 run to extend its lead to eight before Taylor Wilson’s three-pointer trimmed the margin to four heading into the final frame.
*After a Black Knights basket cut the lead to 43-42 with 5:53 remaining, the Crusaders closed the game on an 18-10 run.
*Holy Cross’ starting five accounted for all 61 points, led by senior forward Lindsay Berger with 17 points. Junior forward Kendall Eddy added 16 points, while junior forward Mary-Elizabeth Donnelly and junior guard Kaitlyn Flanagan scored 11 points each. Junior forward Meg Cahalan contributed six points.
*Sophomore forward Fiona Hastick paced Army West Point with 13 points, and freshman guard Brooke Wilson chipped in 11 points off the bench.

BOSTON, Mass.  – Navy used a 31-point second quarter and a standout performance from sophomore guard Zanai Barnett-Gay, who tallied 26 points and 10 rebounds, to defeat Boston University, 74-64.
*The Terriers opened the game with a 6-0 run, featuring three-pointers by sophomore guard Audrey Ericksen and senior guard Alex Giannaros. Navy answered with a 5-0 run before the teams traded baskets, with Boston University holding a 14-10 lead after the first quarter.
*Navy bounced back from 3-of-17 shooting in the first quarter by going 12-of-18 in the second, including seven made three-pointers. The Mids outscored the Terriers 31-18 in the frame to take a 41-32 lead into halftime.
*Navy opened the fourth quarter on an 8-1 run, stretching the lead to seven. After a 7-0 Boston University run cut the deficit to 63-60, Navy finished strong with an 11-4 run to close out the win.
*The Mids had three players in double figures. Barnett-Gay led the way with 26 points, while freshman guard Julianna Almeida added 15 points and sophomore forward Lizzie Holder chipped in 13 points
*Senior guard Alex Giannaros paced Boston University with 15 points. Sophomore guards Bella McLaughlin and  Aoibhe Gormley scored 11 and 10 points, respectively.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh scored the final six points of the game to defeat American, 61-56, and remain tied atop the Patriot League standings.
*The Mountain Hawks jumped out to a 21-10 lead after the first quarter, but the Eagles cut into the deficit with a 12-2 run to open the second quarter, heading into halftime trailing 31-26.
*American carried its momentum into the third quarter, taking a 35-33 lead after a 7-2 run to start the second half.
*The teams traded baskets for the rest of the third quarter, with American holding a 48-47 advantage after a buzzer-beating three-pointer by sophomore guard Laura Nogues.
*The Eagles extended their lead to six at 53-47, but Lehigh responded with an 8-2 run to tie the game at 55-55. 
*The Mountain Hawks closed the game on a 6-0 run, fueled by defensive stops and forced turnovers, to secure the victory.
*Fifth-year forward Maddie Albrecht led Lehigh with 18 points, while sophomore forward Gracyn Lovette added 12.
*For American, junior guard Laura Nogues paced the offense with 15 points. Freshman forward Cecilia Kay recorded a double-double with 14 points and 16 rebounds along with one block. Senior guard Bailey Garbee contributed 12 points, and graduate guard Ivy Bales added 10.

EASTON, Pa. – Lafayette’s fourth-quarter surge lifts Leopards past Loyola Maryland, 60-59, on Wednesday night.
*The Leopards opened the game on an 8-0 run before the Greyhounds answered with a 9-0 run to take a 9-8 lead with 2:18 left in the first quarter.
*Lafayette continued its hot shooting, opening up an eight-point lead before Loyola Maryland closed the half on an 8-0 run to tie the game at 29-29
*The teams traded runs in the third quarter and early fourth, with Loyola Maryland taking a 51-49 lead.
*Senior guard Abby Antognoli tied the game at 55-55 with an and-one layup before Lafayette went on a 4-0 run to lead 59-55 with 31 seconds remaining.
*Loyola Maryland junior guard Meliah Van-Otoo hit a three-pointer to cut the deficit to one. The Leopards split their free throws on the inbound to make it 60-58.
*With four seconds remaining, the Greyhounds were fouled and split their free throws. After missing the second, they grabbed the offensive rebound and kicked it out for a potential game-winning three, but the shot fell short.
*Senior guard Abby Antognoli led Lafayette with 21 points and seven assists, while sophomore guard Teresa Kiewiet added a 15-point, 11-rebound double-double.
*Senior guard Laura Salmeron paced Loyola Maryland with 21 points and four steals, while Van-Otoo added 10 points off the bench.

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Bucknell sophomore forward Ashley Sofilkanich scored a Patriot League season-high 44 points to lift the Bison over Colgate, 71-67, in overtime, completing the season sweep.
* The game featured 23 lead changes and 12 ties, with neither team gaining a lead larger than five through the first three quarters. Colgate entered the fourth quarter up 46-42.
*Trailing 51-48, Bucknell responded with a 9-1 run to take a 57-52 lead with 2:32 remaining.
*Colgate rallied as senior guard Morgan McMahon scored five quick points, trimming the deficit to 60-58. On their final possession, junior guard Anne Bair was fouled driving to the basket and sank both free throws to send the game to overtime.
*In the extra period, the Raiders struck first with a jumper by McMahon to take a 62-60 lead. Sofilkanich responded with six straight points to put Bucknell ahead 68-62.
*After a free throw by senior guard Taylor Golembiewski cut the lead to 69-67, Sofilkanich iced the game with two free throws following a foul on the inbound.
*Sofilkanich led the Bison with 44 of their 71 points, including 10 of their 11 points in overtime. Sophomore forward Isabella King added eight points, including two three-pointers.
*Colgate was led by McMahon with 16 points, Golembiewski with 15 and senior forward Sophia Diehl with 14.
