BOSTON, MA. – Lafayette secured a 66-55 road victory over Boston University on Thursday afternoon, led by Lafayette junior guard Kay Donahue’s 18 points.
*Donahue paced the Leopards with 18 points and six rebounds on an efficient 5-of-8 from the field and a perfect 6-of-6 from the charity stripe.
*Junior guard Sauda Ntaconayigize scored in double figures adding 15 points, including three three-pointers.
*The Leopards forced 15 turnovers, converting them into 16 fast-break points. They also shot a near-perfect 14-of-15 from the free-throw line.
*Boston University senior guard Alex Giannaros led the Terriers with 20 points on 7-of-16 from the field, adding four assists and four three-pointers.
*Junior guard Audrey Ericksen added 12 points on 50 percent shooting from the field for the Terriers.

West Point, N.Y.  – Army West Point’s stout defense led the Black Knights to a 56-38 win over Colgate in their Patriot League opener.
*The Black Knights led 42-38 after three quarters before holding Colgate scoreless in the fourth quarter, limiting the Raiders to 0-for-12 from the field and 0-for-7 from beyond the arc.
*The Black Knights were led by three scorers in double digits, senior guard Trinty Hardy and sophomore forward Fiona Hastick each had 13 points, while sophomore guard Camryn Tade added 10 points.
*Army outscored Colgate 36-18 in the paint and held a 29-26 edge in rebounding.
*Senior guard Morgan McMahon led the Raiders with 13 points, shooting 50% from the field.

Lewisburg, Pa.  – Lehigh built an early lead with a dominant first half to earn a 65-53 road victory over Bucknell on Thursday evening.
* The Mountain Hawks used a 30-11 run to close the first half, heading into the break with a 43-23 advantage, led by fifth-year forward Maddie Albrecht’s 17 points.
* Lehigh controlled the paint, outscoring Bucknell 32-18 inside and earning a 14-4 advantage in bench points.
* Senior guard Ella Stemmer contributed 12 points, including two 3-pointers for the Mountain Hawks.
* The Bison were led by three players in double figures: sophomore forward Ashley Sofilkanich scored 15 points, while freshman guard Reese Zemitis and sophomore forward Tuana Coskun each added 12.

Baltimore, Md. – Holy Cross held off a late Loyola Maryland rally to secure a 49-46 victory in their Patriot League opener, marking interim head coach Candice Green’s first career League win.
* The Crusaders led by 11 in the fourth quarter but saw the lead shrink to two points before making a game-saving defensive stop with seven seconds to preserve the win.
*Junior guard Simone Foreman recorded a double-double, tallying 14 points and 14 rebounds for the Crusaders
* Holy Cross starters scored 44 of the team’s 49 points, including junior guard Kaitlyn Flanagan (9 points), senior forward Lindsay Berger (8 points), junior guard Mary Elizabeth Donnelly (7 points) and junior forward Meg Cahalan (6 points).
*Sophomore guards Kailey Kalet and Amandine Amorich led the Greyhounds with 11 points each.
* Senior forward Koi Sims grabbed a season-high 16 rebounds and added eight points for the Greyhounds.

Washington, D.C.– Navy used its dominance on the offensive boards to secure a 66-59 win over American in its Patriot League opener on Thursday night.
*Patriot League leading scorer Zanai Barnett-Gay led the Mids with 26 points, seven rebounds, and five assists.
*Freshman guard Mary Gibbons contributed 13 points off the bench, while sophomore forward Demos added nine points and 12 rebounds.
*Navy controlled the offensive glass with 19 rebounds, leading to 17 second-chance points.
*The Mids took the lead 5-3 at the 8:45 mark in the first quarter and held the lead the rest of the way.
*The Eagles were led by freshman forward Ellie Pingree’s 17 points on 50 percent from the field.
