*American jumped out to a 19-7 lead in the first quarter, extending it to 29-15 midway through the second.
*Boston University closed the first half on a 10-3 run, cutting the Eagles’ lead to 36-28 at halftime.
*Senior guard Alex Giannaros scored 10 of her team-high 21 points in the third quarter, helping the Terriers trim the deficit to 54-50 entering the fourth.
*With the game tied at 64, Giannaros drove through the lane for a layup with 2:01 remaining, giving BU a 66-64 lead.
*Sophomore guard Aoibhe Gormley sealed the win with a key steal and two free throws in the final minute.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Colgate survives Lehigh’s comeback bid to get their first Patriot League win of the season with a 70-66 wire-to-wire victory over the Mountain Hawks.
*The Raiders started strong, shooting 8-of-13 from the field and hitting three of six 3-pointers to take a 21-5 lead after the first quarter. They entered halftime up 34-19.
*Lehigh began their rally late in the third quarter, sparking a 16-3 run that cut the deficit to 57-51 with 5:56 left in the fourth after a jumper by first-year forward Belle Bramer.
*Colgate withstood Lehigh’s full-court press, hitting 14 of 18 free throws in the fourth quarter to seal the win.
*The Raiders had four players in double figures: senior guard Taylor Golembiewski (18), junior guard Madison Schiller (16), junior guard Anne Bair (13), and senior forward Sophia Diehl (11).
*Lehigh was led by fifth-year forward Maddie Albrecht’s 21 points and sophomore guard Gracyn Lovette’s 14.

EASTON, Pa. – Bucknell sophomore forward Ashley Sofilkanich recorded a double-double to lead the Bison past Lafayette, 64-48, on the road.
*Bucknell and Lafayette traded baskets in the first half, with the Bison taking a 33-28 lead into the break.
*The Bison opened the second half with a 14-7 run, led by Sofilkanich, freshman guard Reese Zemitis, and junior guard Sophia Sabino, extending their lead to 12.
*Bucknell’s defense stifled Lafayette in the fourth quarter, holding the Leopards to 3-of-11 shooting and 36% from the field overall.
*Sofilkanich led Bucknell with 22 points and 10 rebounds, while Zemitis and Sabino added 16 points each.
*Lafayette was led by junior forward Emma Shield with eight points, with six players contributing six points apiece.

*The Black Knights jumped out to a 21-10 lead in the first quarter and took a 33-24 advantage into halftime.
*A dominant third quarter extended the lead to 53-38, which held for the wire-to-wire win.
*Army controlled the boards (34-26) and tallied 18 assists on 22 made field goals.
*Sophomore forward Kya Smith led Army with a 16-point, 10-rebound double-double, while junior guard Reese Ericson added 14 points and sophomore guard Camryn Tade chipped in 13.
*Loyola Maryland was paced by sophomore forward Amandine Amorich’s 19 points on 7-of-12 shooting. Senior forward Koi Sims and senior guard Laura Salmeron each scored 12.

ANNAPOLIS, Md.  – Navy uses a balanced attack and a late 7-0 run to defeat Holy Cross, 67-56, improving to 3-0 in Patriot League play for the first time since 2013-14.
*Navy’s offense started hot, shooting 5-of-9 from beyond the arc and scoring 25 first-quarter points to lead 25-11. The Mids extended their lead to 38-22 at halftime.
*Holy Cross rallied in the fourth quarter with a 15-2 run, capped by junior forward Simone Foreman’s layup with 5:23 remaining, cutting the deficit to four.
*Sophomore guard Zanai Barnett-Gay spoiled the Crusaders’ comeback bid with a layup that sparked a decisive 7-0 run to close the game.
*Navy was led by sophomore forward Kyah Smith’s 15 points, while Barnett-Gay added 13. Freshman guard Julianna Almeida and junior forward Toni Papahronis chipped in with nine points each.
*Foreman led Holy Cross with her third consecutive double-double, tallying 22 points and 13 rebounds, while junior forward Meg Cahalan scored 13.
