NEW YORK – Senior wide receiver Geoffrey Jamiel finished with a career-high 182 receiving yards, including a 63-yard touchdown reception, on nine catches to lead No. 8/7 Lehigh to a 31-7 victory at Columbia.
*Sophomore quarterback Hayden Johnson completed 17-of-23 passes for 240 yards and a touchdown. He also rushed for 68 yards on eight carries to help the Mountain Hawks improve to 7-0 for the first time since 2012.
*Junior running back Luke Yoder rushed for 68 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries, while sophomore quarterback Matt Machalik rushed for a pair of touchdowns.
*The Mountain Hawks took a 17-0 first-half lead behind a balanced offense that totaled 140 yards through the air and 129 on the ground behind rushing touchdowns from Machalik and Yoder.
*Lehigh’s defense limited the Lions to two first downs and just 42 total yards in the first half.
*On Lehigh’s first series of the third quarter, Johnson connected with Jamiel on a 63-yard touchdown pass. The score marked the first passing touchdown against Columbia this season.
*Machalik added another two-yard touchdown run midway through the third to put Lehigh in front 31-0.
*Senior linebacker Brycen Edwards posted a team-high seven tackles and two sacks, while senior defensive lineman Matt Spatny added six tackles, 3.0 TFLs and two sacks.
*Senior defensive back Mason Moore and sophomore defensive back Luke Denny each recorded interceptions for Lehigh’s defense.

EASTON, Pa. – Senior quarterback Dean DeNobile completed 26-of-34 passes for 316 yards and five touchdown passes to lead Lafayette to a 62-24 victory over Bucknell to improve to 3-0 in League play.
*The Leopards gained 349 yards on the ground, with junior running back Ethan Weber carrying 11 times for 139 yards and touchdown runs of 32 and 67 yards. Sophomore running back Jakyre Henley rushed for 107 yards on five carries, including a 70-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. He also caught a 20-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter.
*Weber and Henley were the first two Leopards ball carriers to eclipse 100 rushing yards since C.J. Amil and Selwyn Simpson on Oct. 27, 2018.
*Senior wide receiver Elijah Simpson caught six passes for 116 yards and two touchdowns, and junior receiver Carson Persing added seven catches for 73 yards.
*Junior linebacker Robert Stevens posted six tackles and 1.0 sack, and junior defensive lineman Jaylon Joseph recorded three tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble.
*Leopards’ junior defensive lineman Michael Vaughn registered an interception in the second quarter that led to a touchdown, giving Lafayette a 34-10 lead at halftime.
*Bucknell sophomore quarterback Christian Dietrich completed 19-of-32 passes for 224 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.
*Bison junior wide receiver TJ Cadden caught five passes for 108 yards and two touchdowns, including a 35-yard catch in the second quarter and a 16-yard score in the third.
*Senior placekicker Matt Schearer matched his career-long with a 50-yard field goal with 1:48 remaining in the first half. Schearer’s field goal was the longest in the Patriot League this season.
*Junior wide receiver Sam Milligan recovered a punt that was blocked by senior linebacker Luke Freeman and returned it for an 11-yard touchdown in the third quarter
*Bison sophomore linebacker Brandon Biagiarelli posted a team-high eight tackles and 1.0 TFL.

HAMILTON, N.Y. – Richmond senior wide receiver Ja’Vion Griffin returned a punt 87 yards for a touchdown with 4:28 remaining in the game to lift the Spiders to a 24-19 victory over Colgate for its first League win.
*Senior quarterback Ashten Snelsire completed 13-of-19 passes for 199 yards, including a 75-yard touchdown pass to sophomore wide receiver Andreas Hill early in the fourth quarter.
*Snelsire also rushed for a first-quarter touchdown. Hill finished with two receptions for 105 yards and a score.
*Sophomore linebacker Peyton Seelmann recorded a team-high 12 tackles and 1.0 TFL, while senior defensive back Jordan Allen added 11 tackles.
*Senior linebacker Carter Glassmyer contributed eight tackles and one sack, while senior defensive lineman Camden Byrd added one sack to give him 5.5 this season.
*Colgate junior quarterback Jake Stearney completed 25-of-45 passes for 322 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.
*Junior wide receiver Reed Swanson caught seven passes for 113 yards and a touchdown, and senior receiver Brady Hutchison added 71 yards and a score on eight catches.
*Senior linebacker Dane Picariello finished with five tackles, 2.0 TFLs and one sack.
*The Raiders lost senior wide receiver Treyvhon Saunders, the FCS’s leader in receiving yards and receptions per game, to injury in the first quarter.
