BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The 2025 PenFed Credit Union Patriot League Women’s Soccer Championship field of six is set, as the League’s regular season schedule concluded on Wednesday evening.
Defending Patriot League champion Boston University (10-4-3, 7-1-1 PL) captured the No. 1 seed for the first time since 2021 and earned the regular-season title following a 1-0 victory over Colgate on Wednesday.
Colgate (9-5-4, 6-2-1 PL) secured the No. 2 seed as the Raiders and Terriers receive a bye through the semifinal round.
The first round of the 2025 PenFed Credit Union Patriot League Women’s Soccer Championship is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 2. No. 5 Lafayette (5-7-6, 3-3-3 PL) will travel to Worcester, Mass. to play No. 4 Holy Cross (6-7-5, 3-3-3 PL), while No. 6 Loyola Maryland (5-4-8, 2-2-5 PL) will play No. 3 Army West Point (11-5-2, 5-3-1 PL) in West Point, N.Y. Both games will be played at 1 p.m. on ESPN+.
The lowest-remaining seed will advance to the semifinals on Thursday, Nov. 6, to play at No. 1 Boston University, while the highest advancing seed moves on to play No. 2 Colgate. Both semifinal contests begin at 6 p.m.
The 2025 PenFed Credit Union Patriot League Women’s Soccer Championship Game will be played on Sunday, Nov. 9 at 12:00 p.m. The host site for the title game will be at the highest-remaining seed.
Each game of the first round and semifinal rounds will be available on ESPN+. The Patriot League Women’s Soccer Championship Game will be televised on CBS Sports Network with Jason Knapp and Lisa Carlin providing the call.
