BETHLEHEM, Pa. – American, the Patriot League’s regular-season champion, received four of the League’s six major awards, while Bucknell and Lafayette each claimed one honor when the 2025 Patriot League Field Hockey postseason honors were announced on Tuesday.
American’s Jordan Reicher (Jr., F) and Agustina Roffo (Gr., M) collected Patriot League Field Hockey Offensive Player and Midfielder of the Year, respectively. The Eagles’ Lotti Süme (Fr., D) captured Patriot League Rookie of the Year accolades, and American’s coaching staff, led by head coach Steve Jennings, earned Patriot League Field Hockey Coaching Staff of the Year honors.
Bucknell’s Kira Leclercq (Sr., D) was named Patriot League Field Hockey Defensive Player of the Year for the second straight season. Lafayette’s Raffi Fragomeni (Sr., GK) picked up Patriot League Field Hockey Goalkeeper of the Year after recording a League-high seven shutouts.
The Eagles and Bison each placed a League-high five student-athletes on the two All-Patriot League teams, with three first-team honorees from American and two from Bucknell. Lafayette had four representatives, including three first-team selections. Boston University and Holy Cross both had three selections, and Colgate and Lehigh had two apiece to round out the 24 All-League selections.
Leclercq, Boston University’s Martu Coulo (Sr., M) and Lehigh’s Kiki Mes (Sr., M) all earned All-Patriot League laurels for the fourth time, joining a list of 31 League field hockey student-athletes to accomplish the feat. Bucknell’s Gianna Puorro (Sr., F) and Lafayette’s Makenzie Switzer (Sr., D) and Josephine van Wijk (Sr., M) claimed All-League accolades for the third time. Six more League field hockey players made the All-League squad for the second time.
The Patriot League’s seven field hockey head coaches voted on the League’s major awards and All-League teams. They were not eligible to vote for their student-athletes or themselves.
2025 Patriot League Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Year
Jordan Reicher, American, Jr., Forward, Redwood City, Calif./Saint Francis
2025 Stats: 17 GP, 13 goals, 1 assist, 27 points, 4 game-winning goals, .673 SOG%
* Reicher leads the Patriot League and ranks 24th in NCAA DI, averaging 0.76 goals per game, with a League-best four game-winning goals, with three coming in League play to help collect four League offensive player of the week honors during the 2025 season.
*The two-time All-League selection scored five goals in six League games to help the Eagles go 6-0 to claim their third straight regular-season title.
*She helped the Eagles’ offense to a League-best 2.77 scoring average to rank 19th in NCAA DI.
2025 Patriot League Field Hockey Midfielder of the Year

2025 Stats: 17 GP, 8 goals, 2 assists, 18 points, 2 game-winning goals, .800 SOG%
*The two-time First Team All-Patriot League selection finished seventh in the League with eight goals and ninth with 18 points to claim League midfielder of the week honors three times.
*She helped the Eagles lead the Patriot League in scoring average (2.77) and opponents’ scoring average (1.12) to earn their third straight regular-season title.
*The graduate student midfielder posted career-highs of three goals and seven points in the Eagles’ season-opening 10-0 win against William & Mary.
2025 Patriot League Field Hockey Defensive Player of the Year
Kira Leclercq, Bucknell, Sr., Defender, Berlin, Germany/Vicco von Bülow Gymnasium Stahnsdorf
2025 Stats: 16 GP, 12 goals, 6 assists, 30 points, 3 game-winning goals, .517 SOG%, 6 defensive saves
*Leclercq is a four-time All-Patriot League and two-time League Defensive Player of the Year.
*The five-time Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week finished second in the League and fourth in NCAA DI with six defensive saves, while ranking second among all active DI players and fourth in League history with 25 career defensive saves.
*She tied for second in the League and 27th in NCAA DI with 0.75 goals per game, and 28th in NCAA DI with 1.88 points per game.
2025 Patriot League Field Hockey Goalkeeper of the Year
Raffi Fragomeni, Lafayette, Sr., Goalkeeper, Mountain Lakes, N.J./Mountain Lakes
2025 Stats: 17 GP, 1060:22 Min., 1.36 GAA, 0.742 Save Pct., 5 wins, 4 losses, 7 SHO
*Fragomeni, a two-time First Team All-Patriot League selection, held opponents to a 1.36 GAA to rank second in the Patriot League
*The senior goalkeeper recorded a League-best seven shutouts, including two in League play, to help earn Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week three times.
*She is fifth among active NCAA DI goalkeepers with a 1.28 career GAA
2025 Patriot League Field Hockey Rookie of the Year

2025 Stats: 17 GP, 3 goals, 5 assists, 11 points, .609 SOG%, 1 defensive save
*Süme keyed an Eagles’ defense that ranked ninth in NCAA DI with a goals-against average of 1.12, helping earn Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week once each.
*The freshman defender posted seven points on two goals and three assists during the Eagles’ season-ending five-match winning streak.
*The Hamburg, Germany native helped an AU defense that recorded five shutouts during the 2025 regular season.
2025 Patriot League Field Hockey Coaching Staff of the Year
American – Head Coach Steve Jennings; Associate Head Coach Kristin Matula; Assistant Coach Weslee Littlefield
*Jennings and the Eagles staff guided American to its third straight Patriot League regular-season title and a 6-0 mark in League play.
*The Eagles recorded a +1.60-scoring margin to lead the Patriot League and rank 15th in NCAA DI, while holding a 1.09 GAA to rank 11th in the nation.
