BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh senior linebacker
Tyler Ochojski secured a fourth All-America honor with his selection to the Walter Camp Foundation All-America team announced Friday.
Ochojski is the fifth player in program history to earn Walter Camp All-America honors and the first since Dom Bragalone in 2017.
The Patriot League and ECAC Defensive Player of the Year, Ochojski was one of the leaders on one of the top defensive units in the FCS. The Freehold, N.J. native led the Patriot League with 11 sacks. Ochojski added 60 tackles and 13 tackles for loss to a unit that led the Patriot League and ranked in the top five nationally in rush defense, scoring defense, total defense and sacks.
A two-time Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week, Ochojski had multi-sack efforts against Duquesne and Georgetown, recording three sacks and four tackles for loss against the Hoyas. He made a season-high eight tackles in Lehigh's win at Fordham in late October.
In addition to the Walter Camp honor, Ochojski garnered second team accolades from the Associated Press and FCS Football Central and third team honors from Stats Perform.
