WEST POINT, N.Y. – Lehigh used efficient shooting and late-game execution to secure a 77-66 road victory over Army West Point at Christl Arena.
*Lehigh built momentum early and carried a 38-23 lead into halftime after shooting 85.7% from the field in the second quarter.
*Army West Point responded after the break, opening the third quarter on a strong run and trimming the deficit to single digits outscoring Lehigh 24-18 in the frame.
*Lehigh regained control in the final period, shooting 70% from the field and knocking down all five free-throw attempts to seal the win extending their winning streak against the Black Knights to eight games including the postseason.
*Senior forward Lily Fandre and junior forward Whitney Lind led the Mountain Hawks with 18 points apiece, while sophomore forward Belle Bramer added 16 off the bench.

LEWISBURG, PA. – Holy Cross made timely plays down the stretch and closed at the free-throw line to edge Bucknell, 58-55, in a tightly contested Patriot League opener at Sojka Pavilion.
*The Crusaders jumped out early, building a seven-point halftime lead behind balanced scoring and strong interior play, while limiting Bucknell to 33.3% shooting in the first half.
*Bucknell came out of the locker room with momentum, shooting 8-of-13 from the field in the third quarter and outscoring the Crusaders 19-10 to lead 41-40 going into the fourth.
*The teams traded leads throughout the fourth quarter, with nine lead changes overall as neither side was able to create separation in the final 10 minutes.
*Holy Cross converted all eight of its free-throw attempts in the fourth quarter to regain control in the final seconds. The Crusaders sealed the game with a defensive stop as Bucknell’s game-tying three fell short.
*Holy Cross senior forward Meg Cahalan led the Crusaders with 17 points, while senior guard Kaitlyn Flanagan added 13 points and four assists. Senior forward Simone Foreman recorded a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.

*Navy set the tone early, opening the game on a 13-0 run and building a 25-12 lead after the first quarter behind efficient shooting and transition baskets.
*Boston University settled in during the second quarter and cut into the deficit, but the Midshipmen carried a 41-29 advantage into halftime.
*Navy broke the game open in the third quarter, shooting 57.1% from the field and outscoring the Terriers 24-15 to extend the lead to 65-44.
*Boston University made a late push in the fourth quarter, scoring 20 points and trimming the margin to 13, but Navy answered with timely stops to close out the win.

HAMILTON, N.Y. – Colgate used strong third-quarter momentum and clutch free-throw shooting down the stretch to hold off Lafayette, 63-57, at Cotterell Court.
*The game remained tight throughout the first half, with Lafayette using efficient second-quarter shooting to take a 32-31 lead into the break.
*Colgate seized control coming out of halftime, opening the third quarter on an 11-3 run behind interior scoring and efficiency from beyond the arc to build a 45-34 advantage.
*Lafayette responded with defensive pressure late in the third and early in the fourth, trimming the deficit to three on multiple occasions and keeping the game within one possession inside the final two minutes.
*Colgate closed the game at the free-throw line, converting 12-of-13 attempts in the fourth quarter to fend off the Leopards’ late push, giving first-year head coach Shannon Bush her first career Patriot League win.
*Colgate junior guard Ella Meabon led all scorers with 27 points and nine rebounds, while junior forward Amarah Streiff added 16 points and senior guard Madison Schiller chipped in 10 points and six assists.
*Lafayette was paced by the League’s leading scorer junior guard Teresa Kiewiet’s 16 points, with senior guard Sauda Ntaconayigize adding 14 points and sophomore guard Talia Zurinskas contributing 12.
