BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Junior running back Luke Yoder rushed for a game-high 127 yards and a touchdown to lead Lehigh to a 28-10 victory over Sacred Heart to improve to 2-0.
*Yoder answered a game-opening 91-yard kickoff return for a touchdown by the Pioneers by capping a six-play, 75-yard drive with a 28-yard touchdown run.
*Sophomore running back Jaden Green added 79 yards and a 10-yard second-quarter touchdown run on 11 carries to a Mountain Hawks’ ground attack that carried 39 times for 286 yards and four touchdowns.
*Sophomore quarterback Hayden Johnson completed 10-of-17 passes for 129 yards and an interception. He also rushed for 43 yards on six carries, including a six-yard score before halftime to put Lehigh in front, 21-7.
*Mountain Hawks’ sophomore quarterback Matt Machalik scored on a two-yard touchdown run to open the fourth quarter after Lehigh drove 75 yards on 11 plays.
*Senior linebacker Brycen Edwards totaled a team-leading nine tackles for a Lehigh defense that held Sacred Heart to 70 rushing yards and 177 yards of total offense
*Junior linebacker William Parton finished with eight tackles and a half tackle for loss (TFL), while senior defensive lineman TJ Burke recorded four tackles, 1.5 TFLs and one sack.

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Sophomore running back Tariq Thomas rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns to lead Bucknell to a 34-23 victory over Marist.
*Thomas, the reigning Patriot League Rookie of the Year, scored on a four-yard run in the second quarter and a one-yard run early in the fourth to make it a two-score game.
*Fifth-year quarterback Ralph Rucker IV and sophomore running back Michael Cadden also rushed for touchdowns. Rucker IV completed 18-of-23 passes for 236 yards.
*Bison junior wide receiver TJ Cadden caught seven passes for 104 yards, while junior receiver Sam Milligan caught five passes for 87 yards.
*Senior safety Terian Williams II and junior safety Deuce Geter registered 13 tackles apiece. Williams added two pass breakups and a sack.
*Sophomore linebacker Brandon Biagiarelli added 10 tackles. Freshman linebacker Logan Busson finished with seven tackles and his first collegiate interception, which he returned 22 yards to set up a field goal from senior placekicker Matt Schearer.
*Schearer connected on a pair of field-goal attempts and all four PAT tries.

EASTON, Mass. – Junior running back Kente Edwards rushed for 127 yards and three touchdowns on 12 carries to lead Lafayette to a 42-26 victory over Stonehill to improve to 2-0 against the Easton-rival Skyhawks.
*Edwards rushed for four-yard and two-yard touchdowns in the first and second quarters, respectively, to put the Leopards in front 14-0. He added a 78-yard run on the first play from scrimmage in the third quarter to give Lafayette a 35-6 lead.
*The Leopards rushed for 319 yards on 41 carries, as junior running back Ethan Weber, sophomore quarterback Jason Penza and senior quarterback Dean DeNobile also rushed for touchdowns.
*DeNobile completed 11-of-18 passes for 132 yards, and junior wide receiver Carson Persing caught five passes for 108 yards.
*Sophomore defensive back Kevin Dodard posted a team-high eight tackles and 1.0 TFL, while Junior defensive lineman Ahmir Crawley added 3.0 TFLs and one sack for a Lafayette defense that held Stonehill to 71 rushing yards.
*Sophomore defensive back Ryan Gadson finished with four tackles and his first collegiate interception.

WASHINGTON – A pair of big plays in the third quarter, including a punt return touchdown for senior wide receiver Nicholas Dunneman and a touchdown run for senior quarterback Dez Thomas II, lifted Georgetown to a 31-20 victory over Wagner to help the Hoyas improve to 2-0.
*Trailing 10-9 early in the third quarter, Dunneman returned a punt 55 yards for a touchdown, then caught a two-point pass to put the Hoyas in front 17-10.
*After a Seahawks’ score, Thomas rushed for a 67-yard touchdown to help GU regain the lead at 24-17 with 3:28 remaining in the third quarter.
*Following a weather delay, and after a Wagner field goal, sophomore running back Savion Hart capped an eight-play drive with a five-yard touchdown run to put the Hoyas in front 31-20.
*Junior cornerback Quincy Briggs picked off a pass with five seconds remaining to seal the GU win.
*Hoyas’ senior quarterback Danny Lauter completed 14-of-24 passes for 164 yards and a touchdown pass to senior wide receiver Jimmy Kibble. Kibble caught seven passes for 80 yards.
*Junior linebacker GianCarlo Rufo posted 14 tackles and 1.5 sacks, while freshman defensive lineman Dean Mangiocavallo posted five tackles, 3.0 TFLs and 1.5 sacks.
*Briggs intercepted two passes and recorded five tackles.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Senior quarterback Kyle Wickersham’s 10-yard fourth-quarter touchdown run proved to be the difference, as Richmond downed Wofford 14-10.
*Wickersham completed 20-of-29 passes for 153 yards, one touchdown and one interception. He also rushed for 78 yards and a score on 17 carries,
*Senior wide receiver Quanye Veney caught three passes for a team-high 42 yards, and sophomore running back Andrew King caught an 11-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter to put the Spiders in front, 7-0.
*Trailing 10-7 in the fourth quarter, Wickersham capped a nine-play, 54-yard drive with a 10-yard touchdown run to give the Spiders a 14-10 lead.
*Richmond’s defense stifled the Terriers for the rest of the way, forcing a punt and a turnover on downs.
*Senior defensive lineman Camden Byrd registered three tackles and two sacks for a loss of 20 yards to help the Spiders’ defense limit Wofford to 158 yards of total offense.
*Richmond’s defense also forced the Terriers to go 0-for-11 on third downs.
*Senior D’Angelo Stocker posted a team-high six tackles, and a sophomore linebacker Peyton Seelman added five tackles, one sack and a pass breakup.

VILLANOVA, Pa. – Senior wide receiver Treyvhon Saunders caught 10 passes for 137 yards and a touchdown, but Colgate fell to future League rival No. 12/13 Villanova, 24-17, at Villanova Stadium.
*Saunders, the defending Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week, put the Raiders on the scoreboard in the second quarter on a 32-yard touchdown reception from senior quarterback Zach Osborne. Saunders recorded double-digit catches and topped 100 yards receiving for the second straight game.
*Osborne completed 15-of-30 passes for 239 yards and two touchdowns, including a 24-yard, third-quarter touchdown pass to junior wide receiver Winston Moore to tie the game at 17-17.
*Sophomore running back Danny Shaban carried eight times for 50 yards for the Raiders.
*Colgate junior linebacker Trooper Price recorded 10 tackles and 2.5 TFLs, while sophomore linebacker Christian Magliacano posted eight tackles, 2.0 TFLs and a forced fumble.

DURHAM, N.H. – Junior running back Jayden Clerveaux’s fourth-quarter touchdown run put Holy Cross in front, but two New Hampshire field goals, including the game-winner with three seconds remaining, sunk the Crusaders, 19-16.
*Clerveaux carried 18 times for 66 yards and a score, while senior wide receiver Max Mosey caught four passes for 56 yards.
*Holy Cross and New Hampshire traded leads throughout the game, with the Crusaders striking first on a 27-yard interception return for a touchdown by junior defensive back Eli Thompson at the 13:29 mark in the first quarter.
*Junior defensive lineman Ross Dansdill also picked off a pass in the first quarter for the Crusaders.
*The Wildcats took a 7-6 lead before senior placekicker Luis Palenzuela connected on a 34-yard field goal to give the Crusaders a 9-7 lead after the first quarter.
*UNH connected on a pair of field goals between the second and third quarters to take a 13-9 lead before Clerveaux’s touchdown in the fourth gave Holy Cross its last lead.
*Holy Cross junior linebacker Cam Santee and senior defensive back Tommy Bestpitch each recorded nine tackles. Santee added 2.5 TFLs.

*Senior wide receiver Jack Betten caught three passes for 81 yards, including a 70-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter.
*Junior wide receiver Jabril Carter and freshman wide receiver Troy Worrell both caught touchdown passes, and sophomore wide receiver Jack Freeburg finished with a team-high 89 yards on three receptions.
*Fifth-year linebacker James Conway posted a League season-high 19 tackles, 1.5 TFLs and one sack to lead the Rams’ defense.
*Senior defensive back Alex Kemper added four tackles and an interception.
