Easton, PA. – Lafayette pulled away late to secure a 65–56 win over Bucknell on Wednesday afternoon at Kirby Sports Center to earn the season sweep.
*Lafayette shot 57.1 percent in the opening quarter and built a 21–12 lead after 10 minutes behind balanced scoring from their starters.
*Bucknell responded in the second quarter, outscoring Lafayette 18–13 in the period to trim the deficit to 34–30 at halftime.
*The Leopards answered out of the break, opening the third quarter with a 7-0 run sparked by junior guard Teresa Kiewiet, pushing the lead back to double digits.
*Bucknell continued to battle in the third quarter, staying within striking distance, finishing the quarter on a 11-5 run, to trail 50–48 early in the fourth quarter.
*Lafayette seized control in the final minutes, winning the quarter 15-8 to seal the victory.
*Lafayette sophomore guard Talia Zurinskas led Lafayette with 19 points, while Kiewiet added 17 points and 10 rebounds and freshman guard Haylie Adamski chipped in 10 points.
*Freshman guard Emma Heaney contributed nine points and 13 rebounds, helping Lafayette win the rebounding battle, 37–32.
*Freshman guard Ella Kreuzer paced Bucknell with 14 points, while Reese Zemitis added 11 points.

. – Loyola Maryland closed the game with a dominant fourth quarter to earn a 63–53 road win over American.  
*American controlled the opening quarter, knocking down four three-pointers and taking a 19–14 lead after the first quarter.
*Loyola Maryland tightened defensively in the second quarter, holding American to 2-of-15 shooting and using an 11–4 stretch to take a 25–23 edge into halftime.
*American responded after the break, shooting better than 50 percent in the third quarter and briefly regaining momentum to carry a 45–39 lead into the final period.
*The Greyhounds flipped the game in the fourth quarter, outscoring American 24–8 behind defensive pressure and points in the paint to seize control.
*Loyola Maryland strung together a 17–2 run to start the fourth quarter, fueled by finishes from graduate forward Lex Therien and perimeter shooting from senior guard Kimmie Hicks.
*Therien led Loyola Maryland with 16 points and 11 rebounds, while senior forward Koi Sims added 14 points and eight rebounds as the Greyhounds scored 46 points in the paint.
*Molly Driscoll paced American with 20 points, while sophomore guard Madisyn Moore-Nicholson added 11 points.

Army West Point used a dominant second quarter and held off a late Lehigh push to earn a 64–55 win over the Mountain Hawks, their first victory over Lehigh since 2022.
*Army West Point seized early control, opening the game with a 15–11 first-quarter lead behind baskets from juniors Kya Smith and Camryn Tade.
*The Black Knights built separation in the second quarter, using a 19–9 period capped by back-to-back three-pointers from senior guard Reese Ericson and junior guard Camryn Tade to take a 34–20 advantage into halftime.
*Lehigh responded out of the break, shooting 58.3 percent in the third quarter and trimming the deficit to 41–38 after an extended stretch fueled by senior forward Lily Fandre and sophomore guard Gracyn Lovette.
*Army West Point answered late in the third, closing the quarter with a quick 6-2 run to carry a 45–38 lead into the fourth.
*The Mountain Hawks continued to pressure early in the final frame, cutting the margin to five points, but Army West Point settled the game at the free-throw line, converting 12-of-14 from the charity stripe.
*Tade led Army West Point with 21 points, including 9-of-11 at the foul line, while Smith added 17 points and 16 rebounds for her seventh double-double of the season.
*Fandre paced Lehigh with 21 points, while Lovette and junior forward Whitney Lind added 10 points apiece.

Holy Cross used a decisive overtime period to defeat Colgate, 60-50, to move to 6-3 in League play.
*Holy Cross jumped out to an early lead, holding Colgate to just two field goals and taking a 14–4 lead after 10 minutes.
*Colgate responded in the second quarter, outscoring Holy Cross, 13–9, and trimmed the deficit to 23–17 at halftime.
*The Crusaders maintained a slim edge in the third quarter, carrying a 29–27 advantage into the fourth after holding Colgate scoreless for a three-minute stretch in the quarter.
*Colgate rallied late in regulation, tying the game at 45–45 on a basket from junior guard Ella Meabon with two seconds remaining to force overtime.
*Holy Cross seized control in the extra period, opening overtime on a 9–0 run fueled by defensive stops and transition baskets to quickly create separation.
*The Crusaders outscored Colgate 15–5 in overtime, limiting the Raiders to 2-of-10 shooting in the period.

Navy used a balanced second half and controlled the glass to pull away from Boston University for a 57–47 win to earn the season sweep.
*Navy held a slim edge through a defensive opening quarter, carrying a 10–8 lead after 10 minutes.
*The teams traded baskets in the second quarter, with Boston University trimming the margin to one point multiple times before Navy took a 20–19 advantage into halftime.
*Navy gained separation coming out of the break, shooting 47.1 percent in the third quarter and using an 8–2 stretch capped by a layup from senior forward Kate Samson to build a six-point cushion.
*Boston University briefly drew even early in the third, but Navy answered with consecutive baskets to regain control and lead 37–31 entering the fourth.
*The Midshipmen extended the margin early in the final period, opening the quarter on a 10–2 run fueled by defense from junior guard Zanai Barnett-Gay to push the lead to double digits.
*Navy limited Boston University to one field goal over a five-minute span in the fourth, maintaining control down the stretch.
*Barnett-Gay led Navy with 13 points, eight rebounds, seven steals and five assists, while freshman guard Zoe Mesuch added 13 points and Samson chipped in 11 points off the bench.
