BOX SCORE) Loyola Maryland fell at Syracuse, 15-7, to fall to 2-3. Patriot League Midfielder of the Week Elisa Faklaris scored a game-high four goals to lead the Greyhounds. Her 16 goals are tied for third in the League.
*Wednesday, Feb. 25: (At Bucknell 21, Rider 7 –
BOX SCORE) Bucknell improved to 4-1 with a 21-7 victory over Rider. The Bison’s Megan Krestinski posted seven points on a game-high five goals, while Caleigh Cummiskey recorded seven points with three goals and four assists. Krestinski and Cummiskey are tied for the League lead with 20 goals apiece.

BOX SCORE) Lafayette opened a first-quarter 8-2 lead and never looked back, defeating La Salle, 16-7. Kristin Igneri and Georgia Swarr posted five points apiece, each finishing with three goals and two assists. Olivia Hover posted a game-high four goals and Katie Marrs eclipsed 200 career draw controls, finishing with a season-high 14.

Inside Lacrosse KANE Women’s DI Media Poll
Reigning Patriot League Champion Navy climbed one spot to No. 10 when the
Inside Lacrosse KANE Women’s DI Media Poll was released this week. The Mids downed High Point, 14-6, last week. Loyola Maryland moved up six spots to No. 13 after a 14-10 win over Princeton on Saturday. Army West Point moved up to No. 19, defeating Florida State, 13-7, on Saturday.
Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Coaches Poll
The Mids checked in at No. 10 in the IWLCA Top 25 Coaches Poll. Loyola Maryland moved up to No. 13, with Army West Point slipping one spot to 22nd.

Army West Point’s Reilly and Bucknell’s Krestinski Rank Among NCAA DI Points Leaders
Army West Point’s Allison Reilly leads NCAA DI with 7.75 points per game, while Bucknell’s Megan Krestinski is seventh (6.40). Reilly posted a Patriot League season-high 12-point performance in the Black Knights’ win over Marist on Feb. 10 and followed it up with a 10-point game against Florida State. Krestinski’s 10-point performance against UMBC on Feb. 13 is tied for the second-highest single-game total in the League this season. Bucknell freshman Caleigh Cummiskey is 12th in NCAA DI, averaging 5.6 points per game.
Bucknell’s Duo Leading the League and Ranking with NCAA Leaders in Goals
Bucknell’s Cummiskey and Krestinski are tied with Navy’s Alyssa Chung for 10th in NCAA DI, averaging 4.0 goals per game. Cummiskey and Krestinski are fifth in the nation with 20 total goals, while Chung and Loyola Maryland’s Elisa Faklaris are 20th with 16 goals apiece.
Loyola Maryland’s Murphy Among the Nation’s Draw Control Leaders
Loyola Maryland freshman Mae Murphy has made an immediate impact during her first collegiate campaign. In four games, the two-time Patriot League Rookie of the Week ranks third in NCAA DI with 13.6 draw controls per game. Her 68 draws through four games have her on pace to join impressive League former League rookies in topping 100 draw controls, joining Navy’s Reagan Roelofs, who posted 146 in 2019 and Loren Generi, who finished with 118 in 2012.
Reilly’s Eight-Assist Performance Places her Among NCAA DI Active Leaders
Army West Point’s Allison Reilly set a Black Knights’ single-game program record with eight assists in a 13-7 win against Florida State. Reilly leads NCAA DI active leaders and ranks 10th in Patriot League history with 119 career assists. Reilly is second in NCAA DI, averaging 5.0 assists per game this season.

Marrs is 23rd in Patriot League history and 22nd among NCAA DI active leaders. Holy Cross’ Racheli Levy-Smith became the 10th player in Patriot League history to eclipse 300 career draw controls. Army’s Duffy became the 11th Patriot League student-athlete to surpass 300. Levy-Smith and Duffy are seventh and ninth among NCAA DI active leaders, respectively.

Yovino Named IWLCA National Offensive Player of the Week
Navy’s Ava Yovino (Sr. M) was named the Division I National Offensive Player of the Week by the International Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) after the first week of the 2026 season. Yovino posted six points on two goals and four assists to go with seven draw controls, three ground balls and two caused turnovers in the Mids’ upset victory over then-No. 10 Virginia.

Army West Point Collects Three Patriot League Preseason Major Awards; Navy Claims One
Army West Point placed four student-athletes on the 18-member Preseason All-Patriot League Women’s Lacrosse Team, including three of the four major awards. Senior Allison Reilly was named Patriot League Preseason Attacker of the Year, senior Brigid Duffy earned Patriot League Preseason Midfielder of the Year and senior Lindsey Serafine claimed Patriot League Preseason Goalkeeper of the Year. Navy placed a League-high five student-athletes on the squad, including junior Jaclyn Johns, who was voted the Patriot League Preseason Defensive Player of the Year.
Duffy Recognized as USA Lacrosse Magazine Division I Women’s Lacrosse Midfielder of the Year
Army West Point’s Duffy was selected as the Preseason Midfielder of the Year after breaking the Black Knights’ single-season records for goals (64), ground balls (47) and caused turnovers (32). The three-time All-American is among the Patriot League’s career leaders in points (262), goals (182) and draw controls (283).

Reigning Patriot League Champion Picked First in 2026 Patriot League Women’s Lacrosse Preseason Poll
Head coach Cindy Timchal and the Mids received 80 points and eight first-place votes to rank atop the preseason poll after winning the program’s seventh League crown last season. Loyola Maryland, the 2025 regular-season champions, received 71 points and one first-place vote. They enter the 2026 season on a 93-game regular-season League-winning streak.
Army West Point placed third in the preseason poll with 68 points and one first-place vote. Holy Cross (51), Colgate (48) and Boston University (41) ranked fourth through sixth, with Lehigh (35), Bucknell (23), American (15) and Lafayette (13) rounding out the 10-team preseason poll.
Army’s Duffy Named to US Lacrosse Women’s National Field Team

Army West Point Women's Lacrosse senior Brigid Duffy has been named to the U.S. Women's National Team as announced by USA Lacrosse on Thursday, Jan. 15. Duffy is the first Black Knight to make the National Field Team.
The Queensbury, N.Y., native will represent the United States of America this upcoming summer at the 2026 U.S. Women's World Lacrosse Championships, which are set to be held from July 24 to August 2 in Tokyo, Japan. Duffy will be one of nine current collegiate players on the roster and the only player from the Patriot League. This will mark her second national tournament after she has already represented Team USA on the national stage in 2024 on the U.S. U20 team alongside fellow senior Allison Reilly and was coached by Noto Family Head Women's Lacrosse Coach Michelle Tumolo.

Four Patriot League women’s lacrosse games will be featured on CBS Sports Network in 2026. Navy opens the nationally televised slate of games when it hosts Florida on Saturday, Feb. 28, with live coverage beginning at 9:30 a.m. The regular-season rematch of the 2025 Patriot League Women’s Lacrosse Championship Game featuring Navy at Loyola Maryland is scheduled for Saturday, March 28, with live coverage beginning at 11 a.m. The Mids will host rival Army West Point on Saturday, April 11, at Noon. The 2026 Patriot League Women’s Lacrosse Championship Game will be aired on Saturday, May 2, with live coverage beginning at 3:30 p.m. on CBS Sports Network.
