ANNAPOLIS, Md. – No. 1 Navy and No. 2 Army West Point advanced to the 2026 Patriot League Women’s Lacrosse Championship Game, winning during Thursday’s semifinal round at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Md. The Mids and Black Knights meet in the title game for the first time.
The reigning Patriot League Champion Midshipmen (17-1, 8-1 PL) outscored No. 4 Bucknell (10-7, 5-4 PL), 8-2, in the third quarter to earn an 18-8 victory in the first semifinal contest of the day. Sophomore attacker Alyssa Chung posted seven points on a game-high five goals and two assists to go along with four caused turnovers and three ground balls.
The second-seeded Black Knights (14-3, 8-1 PL) held off a third-quarter run from third-seeded Loyola Maryland (12-7, 7-2 PL) to advance to the Patriot League Championship Game for the second time in program history. Senior attack Allison Reilly posted seven points with a game-high six goals, including two in the fourth quarter to halt the Greyhounds’ comeback attempt.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Sophomore attacker Alyssa Chung finished with seven points on a game-high five goals and two assists to go along with four caused turnovers and three ground balls to lead top-seeded Navy to an 18-8 victory over No. 4 Bucknell in the first of two semifinal games at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium on Thursday.
*Sophomore attacker Taylor Miles posted six points on four goals and two assists, while senior attacker Emma Kennedy scored four goals. Senior midfielder Maggie DeFabio finished with two goals and two assists.
*Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year Felicia Giglio of Navy made seven saves and allowed four goals to earn the win.
*Leading by two at the half, five different Mids scored during a 5-0 run to start the third quarter to give Navy a seven-goal edge. The Mids outscored the Bison, 8-2, in the third.
*Bucknell senior attacker Megan Krestinski and freshman attacker Caleigh Cummiskey each finished with two goals and one assist.
*Krestinski became the Bison’s career points leader by converting a free-position shot in the third quarter. She finished her Bucknell career with 187 points.
*Senior defender Jess Leon finished with three ground balls to make her the Bison’s single-season ground ball leader with 49. She also added two caused turnovers.

*Reilly scored three straight goals during a second-quarter 5-0 run to help build the Black Knights’ lead to six goals. She added two more goals in the fourth quarter to halt the Greyhounds’ comeback attempt.
*Senior attacker Lily Valentini and junior midfielder Ryan Remaly each scored twice and senior defender Sarah Chernik won 12 draw controls to lead the Black Knights.
*Trailing by five at the half, the Greyhounds’ Morgan Ruhnke and Delaney Jackson scored two goals apiece during a 4-0 run to cut the deficit to one goal in the third quarter.
*Jackson scored a team-high three goals, while junior goalkeeper Mim Suares-Jury added two goals and one assist.
*Patriot League Rookie of the Year Mae Murphy posted five draw controls, finishing the season with 230, six shy of the League’s single-season draw control record held by Navy’s Alyssa Daley.
