BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Loyola Maryland captured three of the five Patriot League women’s soccer weekly awards, when the League office announced the first set of honors for the 2026 season on Monday. Boston University and Bucknell each received one weekly accolade.
Loyola Maryland graduate student Reagan Mallia earned Patriot League Women’s Soccer Midfielder of the Week honors after scoring the game-tying goal on an Olimpico, a goal scored directly from a corner kick without any other player touching the ball, in the 55th minute of the Greyhounds’ 1-1 draw against No. 10 Arkansas.
Greyhounds’ freshman Geneve Pouliot was recognized as Patriot League Women’s Soccer Defender of the Week after playing 180 minutes on the back line in Loyola Maryland’s 0-0-2 week, which included a 1-1 tie with the 10th-ranked Razorbacks.
Loyola Maryland senior Hannah Goetzer collected Patriot League Women’s Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week for the third time in her career. Goetzer totaled eight saves in the Greyhounds’ two games, including making five stops in a 1-1 draw against No. 10 Arkansas.
Boston University junior Jaiden Schultz was named the Patriot League Women’s Soccer Forward of the Week after scoring a second-half brace in the Terriers’ 5-1 win over UAlbany on Sunday.
Bucknell freshman midfielder Ingrid Murphy was tabbed as the Patriot League Women’s Soccer Rookie of the Week after scoring the game-winning goal in the Bison’s 1-0 win over defending Big Sky Conference champion Montana on Thursday.
Honorable mentions went to Boston University freshman midfielder Elle Ceres and senior defender Helene Tyburczy, Bucknell freshman goalkeeper Sarah McFarland and senior defender Julia Palitti, Colgate senior goalkeeper Ella Poppinga, Holy Cross fifth-year midfielder Sam Halligan, Loyola Maryland junior forward Katie Ormerod and Navy junior forward Kayana Adlam and sophomore midfielder Jessica Black.
The Patriot League women’s soccer players of the week are selected in a vote by League head coaches, who are not eligible to vote for their student-athletes.

*Schultz scored a second-half brace in Boston University’s 5-1 win over UAlbany on Sunday, finding the back of the net in the 49th and 67th minute.
*The junior logged 111 minutes off the bench in a 1-1 week for the Terriers.
*The West Orange, N.J. native was one of two Patriot League student-athletes to score twice in the opening week of play.

*The senior made five saves against No. 10 Arkansas, holding the Razorbacks to no open play goals, en route to the Greyhounds highest ranked result in program history.
*The Germany native collected the third weekly award of her career (Goalkeeper of the Week: Sept. 29, 2025 and Oct. 6, 2025).
Patriot League Women’s Soccer Rookie of the Week

*Murphy’s first collegiate goal proved to be the game-winner as the freshman found the back of the net in the 15th minute to lift Bucknell past defending Big Sky Conference champion Montana, 1-0.
*The freshman tallied five shots, including two on goal, in the 1-0 loss at Eastern Washington on Sunday.
