Two Raiders To Be Honored At All-American Football Foundation Banquet

Colgate University's veteran athletic trainer Marty Erb will receive the Outstanding Athletic Trainer Award at the All-American Football Foundation's Banquet of Championships tonight at the Hyatt Regency in Princeton, New Jersey.

Joining Erb as an award recipient is former Colgate athletic director and head football coach Fred Dunlap. Dunlap will receive the Johnny Vaught Lifetime Achievement Award for Head Coaches.

Erb is in his 29th year on the Colgate staff serving the past 27 years as Director of Sports Medicine.

He is administratively responsible for the sports medicine coverage of the intercollegiate program, and has specific responsibilities with football, track & field and men's crew.

A native of Huntingdon Valley, Pa., he is a 1972 graduate of Bucknell University and was awarded a Master's Degree from Indiana University the following year.

He is past president of the New York State Athletic Trainers' Association, as well as Chair of the NYSATA Hall of Fame Committee.
