The 2008 Patriot League Men's Basketball Tournament is a full-field event that will be held on campus sites. Quarterfinal games will be played on Wednesday, March 5 at the top-four seeds. Semifinal games will be played on Sunday, March 9 at the highest remaining seeds. The Patriot League Men's Basketball Tournament Championship Game will be played on Friday, March 14 at the site of the highest remaining seed. The Patriot League champion will earn the Patriot League's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
