The 2012 Patriot League Women's Soccer Tournament will take place Friday/Sunday, Nov. 2/4, at the Glenn Warner Soccer Facility on the campus of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. The host Mids earned the No. 1 seed, while the rest of the field is made up of second-seeded Colgate, No. 3 American and fourth-seeded Lehigh.
In 2011, fourth-seeded Army emerged as the champion after the Black Knights posted back-to-back 2-0 shutouts of Colgate and Navy to capture the crown. Army's Joey Molacek was named MVP of the four-team tournament that took place at Van Doren Field in Hamilton, N.Y.
