Television Opportunities
The Patriot League offers a multi-game national television broadcast package for Patriot League basketball, men's lacrosse and football. The package features numerous regular-season and tournament men's and women's games. The Women's Championship contest is part of the Patriot League basketball television package with the Men's Championship airing nationally on CBS Sports Network. Advertising opportunities (30-second spots) on the Patriot League television package present themselves to corporate partners interested in reaching a broad audience. Each telecast offers commercial advertising opportunities for businesses to feature their message(s) to not only a Patriot League audience, but also to a collegiate sports viewing population in the Mid-Atlantic and New England Region. Above the partnership package, a sponsor has the option to purchase additional commercial units during each game.
Patriot League on ESPN+
The Patriot League has been streaming live events for more than 15 years, and now streams its live events on ESPN+. More than 800 live events are available on this subscription-based model.
National Television Package
Television advertising opportunities are extended to corporate partners for sponsorship of specific segments of the game-day broadcast on CBS Sports Network.
Patriot League Championship Game Digital Programs
The Official Souvenir Program is a must for any basketball fan during Tournament Week. A corporate partner can receive exposure with the following through advertising opportunities.
he Patriot League also produces a championship program for all League-sponsored Championships. The basketball program is used for all 18 Patriot League Championship Tournament games, which is played at campus sites throughout the tournament.
Public Address
At each Patriot League Championship, a corporate partner may receive various public address announcements and acknowledgements. These announcements will reach fans, families, institutional representatives and others. It is a great way to get your message across to a captive and attentive audience. Over the course of the academic and athletic year, every institution hosts at least one championship, providing the Corporate Partner the opportunity to reach audiences in eight geographic regions.
On-Site Promotional Opportunities
In addition to traditional media, thousands of marketers have added venue sponsorship and signage packages to their marketing mix. This is a very effective method of reaching your target market for a lengthy period. For a corporate partner to take full advantage of venue sponsorship opportunities at each Patriot League championship, consider the complete array of added-value merchandising and promotional services, such as:

- In-game promotions -- grab the fans' interest with special in-game promotions featuring your company's name. Awards Program The Patriot League offers the following awards to its student-athletes, coaches and institutions:
Presidents' Cup
The Presidents' Cup is awarded annually to the institution that accumulates the highest point total over the course of the academic-athletic year. Points are awarded based upon tournament finishes by each institution, or if there is no post-season tournament in a particular sport (football does not contest a League championship) then points are awarded based upon the regular- season standings. Institutions that do not compete in Patriot League competition within a particular sport do not receive any points for that sport. The standings are announced three times annually (November, March and May).
Scholar-Athletes
Annually, the Patriot League selects the top scholar-athlete from each of the 23 League-sponsored sports. To be eligible, an athlete must be at least a sophomore, be a starter or key reserve in a varsity sport and carry a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 or higher.
Scholar-Athletes of the Year
The top male and female scholar-athlete based on the 23 League-sponsored sport winners with the highest GPA are selected as the Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
Academic Honor Roll
All athletes eligible for the Scholar-Athlete of the Year award, which are not selected for the top honor, are compiled into a fall and winter/spring honor roll listing.
Players of the Week
This weekly recognition honors the top male and female student-athlete in each sport. This award could include offensive, defensive and rookie of the week selections.
Players of the Year
An annual post-season award that honors the top male and female student-athlete in each sport. This award could include offensive, defensive and rookie of the year selections.
All-League Teams
A sport-specific honor based on a student-athlete's season-long performance or championship finish.
Academic All-League Teams
Another sport-specific honor based on a student-athlete's ability to simultaneously excel in competition and in the classroom.
All-Tournament Teams
This post-season honor is based on a student-athlete's performance during the Patriot League Championship competition.
Coach of the Year
This tribute is awarded annually to the top head coach in each sport.
Parking
Patriot League corporate partners receive unique opportunities and access to VIP Parking. This is based on a location-by-location and first-come, first-served basis.
Hospitality
Corporate hospitality is the perfect way to entertain your clients, family, friends and employees during the basketball season. Hospitality may also be made available during the football season at an additional cost. As a corporate partner, you will receive premium tickets to games, parking discounts and can host private VIP parties with food, hospitality and entertainment. Organize your group (small or large) for an enjoyable Patriot League experience. Additionally, a hospitality area is another venue to earn signage opportunities to gain logo recognition at a Patriot League event.
