Brine, a leading manufacturer of sporting goods equipment, and the Patriot League have continued a long-standing partnership making Brine the "Official Soccer Ball" of the Patriot League Men's and Women's Soccer Championship through 2007.

The original agreement between the Patriot League and Brine was signed in 1995. The new partnership designates the Patriot League Offensive Player, Defensive Player and Rookie of the Week as presented by Brine. Brine has been the official ball of the NCAA Men's and Women's Soccer Championships since 1987. Not only is Brine supporting the sport at its purest level, the college game, but it is also helping to make the Championships a truly exciting event. Each year Brine and its FunFest are at the NCAA Championships entertaining the fans and educating them about the sport of soccer.

Patriot League teams have the opportunity to participate in the Brine Camp Program, along with the opportunity to participate in the Brine Adoption Program until 2007. For more information regarding the Brine Adoption Program go to www.brine.com/adoption.php.

The Patriot League will feature full page advertisements for Brine in the Men's and Women's Championship programs each year in addition to posting the Brine logo and link to www.brine.com/soccer to the Patriot League website.
