Six of the eight Patriot League schools were honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) with the announcement of the 2007 College Team Academic Award Winners. Army, Bucknell, Colgate, Lafayette, Lehigh and Navy were each recognized by the association for their work in the classroom this fall.

Leading the way were Army and Bucknell, who were a part of a group of 71 schools that had a least a 3.0 team GPA in both men's and women's soccer. The Bison had the highest in both the men's and women's categories for Patriot League schools, as the men recorded a team grade point average of 3.25, while the women posted a 3.48. Army's women had a team grade point average of 3.23, and the men made the list with a 3.14 cumulative average.

The Lehigh and Navy women were also recognized, as they posted team grade point averages of 3.33 and 3.09, respectively. Rounding out the list were the Colgate and Lafayette men, who recorded team grade point averages of 3.24 and 3.15, respectively.
