Most married couples are close, but the Troyans take it to a new level as both are coaches at Lehigh University. Fran Troyan serves as the head coach of the Mountain Hawk softball teams, while wife Sue is the head coach for the women's basketball squad.

"This might seem strange to others, but it seems normal to us and we consider ourselves very, very fortunate," Fran says. "If you love working with someone, coaching together can be an amazing thing."

Sue began her coaching career at Lehigh as an assistant women's basketball coach and head softball coach with husband Fran serving as her assistant on the diamond. Once Sue took over the head coaching role for the women's basketball squad, Fran was elevated to the head softball coach.
