CENTER VALLEY, Pa. -- The Patriot League announced its weekly awards for Oct. 14-20 in women's soccer, men's soccer, field hockey, volleyball, cross country, and swimming and diving.

BRINE OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JADE SEABROOK, NAVY Jr., D, St. Paris, Ohio
Normally recognized for her defensive efforts, Seabrook scored her first goal of the season and her team's first of the game off a corner kick in the 29th minute of Friday's 2-0 victory at Holy Cross. The win clinched a third consecutive Patriot League Tournament berth for the Mids while lifting them to a 6-0-0 mark in the League. After coming forward to contribute to the Mids' offense, she went back to her usual position on the back line and helped Navy post its 11th clean sheet of the season.
BRINE DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
KIRSTEN ERIKSEN, AMERICAN Jr., D, Stamford, Conn.
Eriksen played another strong game at center back to help lift the Eagles to a 1-0 win over Lafayette on Saturday at Reeves Field in Washington. American's defense surrendered just three shots on goal and two corner kicks to the Leopards to post its seventh shutout of the season. The Eagles are tied for third at 4-1-1 in League play and have surrendered just one goal in those six contests. Eriksen grabs her first weekly award of the season from the League.
BRINE GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
ASHLEY BLANKS, LEHIGH Jr., GK, North Andover, Mass.
Blanks captured her sixth career clean sheet with five saves in Lehigh's critical 1-0 win at Army on Saturday. The win lifted the Mountain Hawks into a tie for the sixth and final spot in the Patriot League Tournament with three matches remaining. Blanks came up with four big saves off the foot of Kim An, one of Army's and the League's top offensive threats. Her biggest saves came late in regulation with stops at 86:12 and 89:29 to preserve the one-goal win. It is her first weekly award of the season.
BRINE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
ERICA KOSIENSKI, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Fr., F, Plantsville, Conn.
Kosienski came off the bench in both Terrier matches last week and still netted two goals on the week, including one that helped clinch her team's first postseason berth in two years. The rookie found the back of the net in the 82nd minute to lift the Terriers to a 1-0 victory over fellow Patriot League newcomer Loyola Maryland on Saturday afternoon in Boston. That win, coupled with other results later in the day, clinched a Patriot League Tournament berth for the Terriers. She also scored earlier in the week in a 1-1 draw at Dartmouth. Kosienski, who is now a four-time Rookie of the Week, is tied for the team lead with five goals, including a team-high four game-winners.

LINDSAY MURI, AMERICAN F, Jr., Burlington, Conn.
Beat two defenders and scored on an impressive individual effort in the 51st minute to give American a 1-0 win over Lafayette on Saturday.
PAIGE ELLIOTT, LEHIGH So., D, Apison, Tenn.
Scored in the 28th minute to lift Lehigh to a 1-0 victory at Army on Saturday afternoon for the team's first win at West Point since winning the 2010 League title there.

BRINE OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JOSH CINTAS, HOLY CROSS Sr., F, San Diego, Calif.
Cintas capped off a late comeback for Holy Cross when he tallied the golden goal in the 99th minute to send the Crusaders home with a 3-2 overtime win at Colgate on Saturday night. Trailing 2-1 late after yielding a pair of second-half markers, Holy Cross forced extra time when Joey DeVivo scored with 10 seconds remaining in regulation. The Crusaders improved to 4-1 in the League with the win and kept them within three points of Army and Navy for first place. It was Cintas' second goal of the season and his third career game-winner.

DEREK VOGEL, NAVY So., D, Long Beach, Calif.
The 2012 Patriot League Rookie of the Year picks up his first weekly honor of 2013 after helping the Mids to a pair of League road victories while lifting them into a first-place tie with rival Army. The Mids were stout defensively on Wednesday at Lafayette, holding the Leopards to five shots total and only one on goal in a 2-0 victory. After allowing their first goal in 545 minutes in the sixth minute of Saturday's contest, Vogel and the Navy defense clamped down to allow the offense to rally for a 2-1 win at Bucknell. While busy on the back line clearing away attempts and crosses for Navy, Vogel also stepped up to notch the game-tying goal in the 56th minute when he headed in a corner kick. The Mids are 5-0-0 in the League for the first time in history.
BRINE GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
GAVIN SNYDER, NAVY Sr., GK, Severna Park, Md.
Snyder improved to 7-0-0 on the season with a pair of League victories on the road last week. He collected his fifth straight shutout (and the team's sixth straight) in Wednesday's 2-0 win at Lafayette, but shined the most in Saturday's 2-1 victory at Bucknell. After allowing his first goal of the season in the sixth minute, Snyder orchestrated a season-best six-save performance while the Mids rallied for a 2-1 win. The senior leads the League in save percentage (.958) and goals-against average (0.14) since entering early in the George Washington game on Sept. 21 in relief.
BRINE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
TANNER VOSVICK, ARMY Fr., D, Phoenix, Md.
Vosvick is the Rookie of the Week for the second straight week after notching a goal and assist for three points in Army's 2-1 overtime win over American on Saturday night in West Point, N.Y. The win keeps the Black Knights in a tie for first in the League at 5-0-0 and 15 points with rival Navy. With Army trailing 1-0 in the second half after an American penalty kick, Vosvick converted his own penalty-kick try at 76:21 to tie the match. Nearly five minutes into extra time, Vosvick picked up the primary assist on Alex Jaroscak's golden-goal winner. At 10-1-1 overall, Army is out to its best start since 1975 and is 5-0-0 in the League for the first time.

Made seven saves in Army's 2-1 overtime win over American on Saturday, including a pair of diving stops with 6:19 left in regulation with the game tied.
JOEY DeVIVO, HOLY CROSS Fr., F, Ridgefield, Conn.
Scored the game-tying goal with 10 seconds left in regulation to force overtime in the Crusaders' eventual 3-2 win at Colgate on Saturday night.
JAMES MEYERKORD, LEHIGH Sr., F, Florissant, Mo.
A four-year starter at forward, Meyerkord started at right back for the first time in his collegiate career and helped the Mountain Hawks hold off Loyola Maryland 1-0 on Saturday night in Bethlehem, Pa.
JACOB GOTTWALD, LEHIGH Fr., GK, Schnecksville, Pa.
Went 1-1 on the week and made six saves in Saturday's 1-0 triumph over Loyola Maryland. Made a diving stop to his left late in the second half to thwart a try from Larry Ndjock.
DAVE ARNOLD, NAVY Sr., M, Baltimore, Md.
Netted the game-winner in the 72nd minute in Navy's 2-1 win at Bucknell.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
KATI ROTHENHOEFER, AMERICAN Jr., F, Middletown, Md.
Rothenhoefer scored a pair of unassisted goals over the weekend, including a tally to put the Eagles up 4-2 in the 61st minute on their way to a 4-3 upset of No. 2 Connecticut on Sunday. She finished the goal after it bounced off a Husky defender. Rothenhoefer also tallied the final goal in a 4-0 win over Towson on Friday while finishing with seven shots in the game. She is named Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week for the first time.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
GRACE WILSON, AMERICAN Jr., D, Ann Arbor, Mich.
Wilson continued her sensational season with great play on both ends of the field in two wins for the Eagles, which included a 4-3 triumph over No. 2 Connecticut on Sunday. She scored the game-winning goal off a penalty corner in the 58th minute to give American its first lead of the day at 3-2 after it tied the score less than two minutes earlier. Wilson also anchored the American defense which limited one of the top teams in the nation to three goals and 15 shots. Wilson also scored off a penalty corner and led a defense that allowed just one shot on a goal in a 4-0 win over Towson on Friday. Wilson claims her fifth Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week award of the season, just one off the League record. She is honored for the second straight time and fourth in the past five weeks.
GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
VALENTINA CERDA EIMBCKE, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Jr., GK, Santiago, Chile
Cerda Eimbcke had nine total saves while posting a pair of 2-0 shutouts for the Terriers over the weekend. She made four stops in a Patriot League win over Bucknell on Saturday, then stopped five shots in a victory over Northeastern on Sunday. Cerda Eimbcke leads the Patriot League with four shutouts this season and a 1.30 goals against average. She is named Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week for the third time.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
VICTORIA De KEPPER, AMERICAN Fr., M, Lasne, Belgium
De Kepper had three assists to help American to one of the biggest upsets in school and Patriot League history with a 4-3 win over No. 2 Connecticut on Saturday. De Kepper assisted on American's first three goals of the contest as the Eagles rallied to take the lead late in the second half. She also helped secure the win by maintaining possession in the offensive end in the final minutes to prevent Connecticut from getting another possession. De Kepper helped direct the midfield as the Eagles registered 30 shots and posted their fifth shutout of the year in a 4-0 win over Towson on Friday. She is named Patriot League Rookie of the Week for the second time.

NELL BURDIS, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Sr., F, Salt Point, N.Y.
Burdis recorded one goal apiece in a pair of 2-0 victories for the Terriers over the weekend.
RACHEL COLL, BOSTON UNIVERSITY So., D, Greymouth, New Zealand
Coll led a defense that posted two shutouts over the weekend, and also had a goal and an assist in a 2-0 win over Northeastern on Sunday.
BRITTANY BLASS, LAFAYETTE Jr., D, Mountain Top, Pa.
Blass anchored a defense that allowed only one goal in two games and also had an assist in a 4-0 win over Holy Cross on Saturday.
HALLE BIGGAR, COLGATE Sr., F, Pike, Ohio
Biggar scored a goal in each of Colgate's two games last week, including the game-winner in a 3-2 triumph over Lehigh on Saturday.
Patriot League Volleyball Weekly Awards
MOLTEN PLAYER OF THE WEEK
ALLISON CAPPELLINO, AMERICAN So., OH/L, Penfield, N.Y.
The sophomore outside hitter/libero combo helped American remain within one-half match of first place in the Patriot League standings with team-bests of 12 kills and 13 digs in American's straight-sets sweep at Navy on Friday night. She hit .455 for the match with only two errors on 22 tries while also netting one block assist. For the match, Cappellino averaged 4.00 kills and 4.33 digs per set. It is Cappellino's first weekly award of the season.
MOLTEN ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
OLIVIA FAIRFIELD, ARMY Fr., MB, Iowa City, Iowa
Fairfield picks up her third straight Rookie of the Week nod and fourth of the season after helping the Black Knights to a pair of 3-0 sweeps of Holy Cross last week. In the first meeting on Tuesday, the rookie middle blocker had seven kills in 16 swings with three errors to hit .250 in the victory. She was strong in the service game as well with five aces. In the back end of the home-and-home series on Saturday, Fairfield finished with six kills on 11 tries with no errors (.545) to go along with a pair of block assists in another 3-0 win on the road. Fairfield hit .370 for the week while averaging 2.17 kills per frame.

MEGAN WILTON, ARMY Sr., MB, Roseville, Calif.
Averaged 3.33 kills per frame and hit .400 in Army's two wins over Holy Cross last week. Tallied five blocks, including four in Saturday's sweep in Worcester, Mass.
LINDSAY YOUNG, COLGATE Sr., OH, Tampa, Fla.
Hit .392 and averaged 2.50 kills in the Raiders' back-to-back 3-0 wins at Bucknell and Lafayette on Friday and Saturday. Hit a season-best .429 in Saturday's win over the Leopards.
JADE VAN STREEPEN, LEHIGH Jr., OH, Austin, Texas
Averaged 4.00 kills and 2.63 digs while striking .280 in a pair of Lehigh victories. Logged her seventh double-double of the season with 15 kills and 12 digs in the Mountain Hawks' come-from-behind 3-2 win at Lafayette on Friday.
MINDY MALONEY, LOYOLA MARYLAND Jr., MB, Homer Glen, Ill.
Hit an incredible .812 (13 kills on 16 tries with no errors) and finished with five blocks in the Greyhounds' four-set loss to Navy on Wednesday. It is the best hitting performance for a League student-athlete this season.
Patriot League Cross Country Weekly Awards
M-F ATHLETIC MALE RUNNER OF THE WEEK
TYLER MUELLER, LEHIGH Sr., Pottstown, Pa.
Racing against a field that included nationally and regionally-ranked opponents, Mueller crossed the line in first place out of 272 runners at the Princeton Invitational on Saturday with a personal-best time of 23:36 in the 8K. It was his second first-place finish of the season, and fourth in his career. He topped his previous personal best of 23:58 set at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 5. Mueller helped Lehigh finish fifth in a 30-team field that included nationally-ranked squads Princeton, Iona and Villanova and multiple regionally-ranked teams. Lehigh finished ahead of two teams that it was ranked behind in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mueller wins his second Patriot League M-F Athletic Male Runner of the Week award in the past three weeks.
M-F ATHLETIC FEMALE RUNNER OF THE WEEK
KIERA HARRISON, LOYOLA MARYLAND Sr., Syosset, N.Y.
Harrison cruised to victory at the Leopard Invitational on Saturday with a time of 21:44.87 on the course that will host the Patriot League Championships on Nov. 2. She finished more than 35 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher in the 6K race. Harrison is named Patriot League M-F Athletic Female Runner of the Week for the second time in the last three weeks.
M-F ATHLETIC MALE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
BRENDAN JOHNSON, AMERICAN Fr., Waldorf, Md.
Johnson becomes the first-ever student-athlete with four Patriot League M-F Athletic Male Runner of the Week awards after finishing in third place at the Leopard Invitational on Saturday with a time of 25:40.82 in the five-mile race. He secured American's sweep of the top three spots and helped the Eagles to the title in the 12-team field. Johnson eclipsed the record of three Male Rookie of the Week awards set just last season by Navy's Steve Schroeder.
M-F ATHLETIC FEMALE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
CORINA VELAZCO, AMERICAN Fr., Miami, Fla.
Velazco was the top freshman finisher out of the Patriot League and placed 11th overall with a time of 22:44.61 in the 6K Leopard Invitational on Saturday. She recorded the second-best time of the day for the Eagles, and the third-fastest among all freshmen. Velazco was one of five American runners in the top 16 as the Eagles took the title in the 14-team race. She is named Patriot League M-F Athletic Female Runner of the Week for the second time in three weeks.

RICARDO GALINDO, ARMY Sr., Farmington Hills, Mich.
Galindo placed first at the Army-Navy Star Meet with a time of 24:25.49, leading the Black Knights to their first victory over the Mids since 2008. Galindo won the dual meet race for the second year in a row.
ANNIE-NORAH BEVERIDGE, NAVY Jr., Ann Arbor, Mich.
Beveridge won the Army-Navy Star Meet with a time of 20:31.52, claiming the individual title for the second year in a row while leading the Mids to their third straight win.
NICK REGAN, AMERICAN Jr., Kensington, Md.
Regan placed first with a time of 25:24.50 at the Leopard Invitational, winning his third individual title of the year and helping the Eagles to first place overall in the 12-team field.
JULIA SULLIVAN, AMERICAN Sr., Northampton, Mass.
Sullivan placed second at the Leopard Invitational with a time of 22:21.46, helping the Eagles to a first-place finish in the 14-team event.

MALE SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
JONATHAN DeBAUGH, NAVY So., Conroe, Texas
DeBaugh swept the butterfly races for the first time in his career in Navy's 154.5-145.5 win at UMBC on Friday in the Mids' first competition of the season. The sophomore collected his first career win in the 100-yard fly in 50.63 and added gold in the 200 fly with a time of 1:52.99. DeBaugh accounted for two of Navy's seven event wins on the day, and was one of two swimmers to win a pair of races. He was also part of a pair of second-place relay outings.
FEMALE SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
LAUREN BAGULEY, NAVY Sr., Hudsonville, Mich.
Baguley picked up her first career dual-meet backstroke wins on Friday as Navy captured a 163-137 victory at UMBC. The senior touched the wall in 58.72 to grab gold in the 100-yard back, and captured the win in the 200 back in 2:06.28. She also helped Navy pick up points by competing in a second-place 200 medley relay foursome, while swimming the fourth leg of the Mids' fifth-place 400 free relay team.
MALE DIVER OF THE WEEK
WIL MAYO, NAVY Sr., The Woodlands, Texas
In his first outing of the season, Mayo took home first place from the one-meter board with 279.97 points to help the Mids post a 154.5-145.5 victory at UMBC on Friday. It was his sixth career victory from the one-meter board. In the three-meter competition, Mayo scored 254.70 points to take third against the Retrievers.
FEMALE DIVER OF THE WEEK
MELISSA PARKER, AMERICAN Jr., Livermore, Calif.
Parker picks up her first weekly award of the season after sweeping both boards in the Eagles' unscored meet on Friday against D.C.-rival Howard. She set a meet record by scoring 244.80 points from the three-meter board and added another first-place showing by taking the one-meter competition with 221.55 points. In all, the Eagles won 21 events against Howard and set nine meet records.

MATT WURM, AMERICAN Sr., Sudbury, Mass.
Set the meet record in the 200 free with a winning time of 1:44.18 in American's unscored meet with Howard.
PARIS WOOD, AMERICAN So., Walnut Creek, Calif.
Won the 100 back in a meet-record 1:00.51 and was part of another record-setting foursome that captured gold in the 200 medley relay (1:54.01). Also touched the wall first in 24.72 in the 50 free.
LOUIS BEHNEN, BUCKNELL Fr., Overland Park, Kan.
Won three races in the Bison's 165-91 win at George Washington. Set the third-fastest time in program history in the 1,000-yard free (9:36.33), while adding wins in the 200 back and 500 free.
RACHEL McGOFF, BUCKNELL Fr., Cincinnati, Ohio
Swam the final leg of the meet-clinching 400 free relay to give Bucknell a 140-122 win at George Washington (3:35.77; 52.78 final leg). Also won the 100 and 200 frees in 53.72 and 1:55.34, respectively, while taking second in the 50 free (24.90).
ANDREW HIGGINS, HOLY CROSS Fr., New Canaan, Conn.
Led the Crusaders with a first-place finish in the 200 breast (2:16.54) in the New England Catholic Invitational in Chestnut Hill, Mass.
JULIE JESSE, NAVY So., Goshen, Ind.
Won the one-meter board with 226.35 points in Navy's 163-137 win at UMBC on Friday. Also took third from the three-meter board (197.62).
