CENTER VALLEY, Pa. -- The Patriot League announced its weekly awards for Sept. 2-8 in women's soccer, men's soccer, field hockey, volleyball and cross country.

BRINE OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
MORGAN DANKANICH, NAVY Jr., F, Glenmoore, Pa.
Dankanich scored in both Navy victories over the weekend as the Mids hosted the Navy Invitational in Annapolis, Md. In her first act, Dankanich scored the game-winner in double overtime in the 104th minute to propel the Mids to a 1-0 victory over Duquesne on Friday. Two days later against St. Bonaventure the junior struck again with curving corner kick that curled into the net in the 82nd minute to awaken the Mids' offense and cut the Bonnies' lead to 2-1. The Mids forced extra time, and Dankanich picked up the assist on Kaylie Davidson's golden-goal winner at the 92:00 mark in the 3-2 win. Dankanich, who totaled five points for the week, was honored with a spot on the Navy Invitational All-Tournament Team.

BRINE DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
LEXI PANEPINTO, COLGATE So., D, Buffalo, N.Y.
Panepinto played a strong two-way game for the Raiders in Sunday's 3-0 victory at Cornell. The sophomore helped lead a Colgate defense that helped sophomore keeper Erin Cummings stay clean with three blocks during the course of the match. Panepinto personally accounted for one of those early in the second half to stifle any comeback attempt by the Big Red. She also contributed offensively, capping off the Raiders' offense with a 25-yard strike into the upper 90 in the 24th minute, just 1:45 after Caroline Brawner had made it 2-0. The Raiders have won all four of their matches via shutout.

BRINE GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
ELIZABETH HOERNER, NAVY Sr., GK, Lititz, Pa.
Hoerner was in goal for all 104 minutes of Navy's 1-0 double-overtime victory over Duquesne on Friday. The senior goalkeeper stopped all four shots sent on net, including three in the first half to keep the game scoreless. Hoerner made one save in the second half, and wasn't tested in just over 14 minutes of extra time. For the senior from Lititz, Pa., it was her second clean sheet of the season and sixth of her career.

BRINE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
ERICA KOSIENSKI, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Fr., F, Plantsville, Conn.
Kosienski notched her first collegiate goal at just the right time, picking up the tally in the 79th minute to snap a 2-2 tie and send the Terriers home with a 3-2 win at Akron on Sunday. The rookie from Plantsville, Conn., saw action in both weekend contests and notched one of BU's three shots on goal against No. 14 Penn State on Friday, a 1-0 loss for the Terriers.

HONORABLE MENTIONS
JESSIE ASHWORTH, BUCKNELL So., GK, Richmond, Va.
Made a career-high 14 saves in a hard-luck 2-1 double-overtime loss to St. Francis (Pa.) on Saturday.

CAROLINE BRAWNER, COLGATE Jr., M, Edmonds, Wash.
Scored the Raiders' second goal and assisted on Panepinto's insurance marker 1:45 later in Colgate's 3-0 win at Cornell on Sunday.

DARBY DUSTMAN, LEHIGH Jr., M, Salt Lake City, Utah
Headed in a great cross from Katie Centeno in the 20th minute, and the tally stood up as the game-winner in Lehigh's 1-0 victory over Central Connecticut on Sunday afternoon.

DIDI HARACIC, LOYOLA MARYLAND Sr., GK, Round Hill, Va.
Stopped 10 shots, two shy of her career high, in Loyola's 2-1 overtime loss at Delaware on Friday.

JADE SEABROOK, NAVY Jr., D, St. Paris, Ohio
The All-American played all 196 minutes of Navy's two overtime victories over the weekend, and helped the Mids pitch a 1-0 double-overtime shutout over Duquesne on Friday.

BRINE OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
LARRY NDJOCK, LOYOLA MARYLAND So., F, Berlin, Germany
The preseason Offensive Player of the Year backed up the accolade with a four-goal, eight-point week for the Greyhounds, leading his team to a pair of victories. Wednesday marked his first career hat trick with three goals on three shots in Loyola's 5-3 win at La Salle. His third goal against the Explorers was an unassisted tally at 51:57 that put the Greyhounds up 4-1 before La Salle rallied within 4-3. Ndjock returned to the pitch Saturday night and, despite facing a double team, scored the only goal his team would need in a 1-0 victory over visiting St. Francis (Pa.). He is tied with Bucknell's Chris Thorsheim for the League lead in goals (four) and points (eight).

BRINE DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
MAYOWA ALLI, BUCKNELL Sr., D, Lanham, Md.
Alli was part of a Bucknell defense that yielded 17 total shots and just six on goal in three matches last week. The Bison dropped a 1-0 decision to visiting St. Francis (Pa.) on Wednesday despite allowing just three shots for the entire game. Bucknell rallied with two one-goal victories over the weekend, allowing eight shots to Buffalo in a 1-0 win and just six to a high-scoring La Salle team in Sunday's 2-1 victory. The Explorers had scored five times in their first two games leading up to Sunday's contest in Lewisburg, Pa.

BRINE GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
WINSTON BOLDT, ARMY Jr., GK, St. Louis, Mo.
Just as he did last year, Boldt collects his second straight weekly honor to begin the season after posting back-to-back four-save shutouts of Manhattan (2-0) at home on Labor Day and at Air Force (1-0) on Saturday. The junior stopped three in the second half of the Black Knights' victory over the Jaspers, and made three more saves in the first 45 minutes of Saturday's win in Colorado Springs, Colo. Boldt's efforts have helped Army out to its best start since 2007 (4-0), while Saturday marked its first victory over the Falcons on the road since 1975.

BRINE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
ETHAN SPIVACK, ARMY Fr., F, Miami, Fla.
Spivack came off the bench for Army and netted the game's only goal in the 72nd minute when he booted a deflected through ball into the net to lift the Black Knights to a 1-0 victory at Air Force on Saturday. The rookie from Miami, Fla., logged two of his team's six attempts on goal in the contest before the Black Knights came away with their first road win over the Falcons since 1975. Spivack also saw time as a reserve in Army's 2-0 victory over Manhattan on Labor Day Monday.

CRISTOBAL SOTO, AMERICAN Sr., D, Santiago, Chile
Converted his second penalty kick of the season in American's 2-2 draw with Denver on Sunday.

SEAN MOGAN, ARMY Jr., D, Naperville, Ill.
Played on a back line that pitched two shutouts, and tallied a goal and assist for three points in Army's 2-0 win over Manhattan last Monday.

CHRIS THORSHEIM, BUCKNELL So., M, Manalapan, N.J.
Tallied two goals on the week, including the lone goal in the Bison's 1-0 win over Buffalo on Friday and converted a second-half penalty kick that knotted Sunday's match with La Salle at 1-1 before Bucknell went on to win.

KEVIN MOTYLEWSKI, LEHIGH Jr., GK, Mendham, N.J.
Pressed into the starting role because of an injury to senior Ciaran Nugent, he picked up his first career shutout with four saves in Saturday's scoreless draw at Albany.

RYAN TUCK, LOYOLA MARYLAND Fr., D, Stokesley, England
Played every minute of two matches last week for the Greyhounds, and made a critical defensive save in Wednesday's win over La Salle. Was a critical contributor to Loyola's 1-0 win Saturday over St. Francis (Pa.).

THOMAS SHIIBA, NAVY So., F, Swarthmore, Pa.
Scored the game-winner in overtime to lift Navy to a 2-1 win over Central Connecticut on Saturday. Netted the goal with just 11 seconds left in the first overtime.

Patriot League Field Hockey Weekly Awards

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
LEIGH HILLMAN, BUCKNELL Sr., F, Dallas, Pa.
Hillman led the Bison to a comeback win at Ohio State on Sunday, scoring both of the team's goals in regulation as Bucknell went on to a 3-2 victory in overtime. The Bison fell behind 2-0 in the early minutes before Hillman scored twice later in the first half to even the score. Bucknell defeated a Big Ten program for the second time in school history. It was her second career multi-goal game and Hillman leads the team with three goals and seven points this season. Hillman also notched an assist in Bucknell's 5-1 win over Missouri State on Saturday. She is named Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week for the first time.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
GRACE WILSON, AMERICAN Jr., D, Ann Arbor, Mich.
Wilson led a stout Eagle defense that gave up just one goal in a pair of victories over the weekend. She helped the Eagles preserve the shutout in a 2-0 win over James Madison on Friday despite six penalty corners and nine shots on goal for the Dukes in the game. Wilson also led the Eagles to a dominant effort in a 7-1 win over Longwood on Sunday with just one shot surrendered in the game. She also added an assist in the victory. Wilson is named Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week for the first time.

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
ASHLEY DALISERA, AMERICAN Sr., GK, Millersville, Md.
Dalisera totaled seven saves in a 2-0 shutout of James Madison on Friday, then helped lead an Eagle defense that allowed only one shot in a 7-1 victory over Longwood on Sunday. Six of her seven stops against the Dukes came in the second half to preserve the shutout, and she also stopped a penalty stroke attempt. Dalisera leads the Patriot League with a 1.00 goals against average and .840 save percentage for the season. She is named Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week for the first time this season and fifth in her career.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
MARISSA GLATT, LEHIGH Fr., F/M/D, Doylestown, Pa.
Glatt had a goal in each of Lehigh's contests last week, including the lone tally as the Mountain Hawks earned their first win of the year in a 1-0 triumph over Towson on Sunday. She scored 7:01 into the contest to give Lehigh the early lead. Glatt also pulled Lehigh within 3-2 in the first half against Penn on Friday in a game the Mountain Hawks would eventually lose 5-4. Glatt is named Patriot League Rookie of the Week for the first time.

HONORABLE MENTION
ISABEL TERWINDT, AMERICAN So., M, Alphen ann den Rijn, Netherlands
Terwindt had the game-winning goal in each of American's contests last week.

SOFI LAURITO, BOSTON UNIVERSITY So., M/F, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Laurito tallied in the 66th minute to tie the score as the Terriers went on to beat Delaware 2-1 in overtime on Monday, and had BU's lone tally in a 4-1 loss to No. 11 Northwestern on Saturday.

HANNA SOTIROPOULOS, LAFAYETTE Sr., F, Allentown, Pa./Parkland
Sotiropoulos had two goals, including the game-winner, in Lafayette's 3-2 win over Central Michigan on Saturday.

AMANDA DiDOMIZIO, COLGATE Jr., GK, Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.
DiDomizio stopped 16 of the 20 shots she faced last week to keep the Raiders close in losses to Robert Morris and Ball State.

JULIA WARD, LEHIGH Fr., GK, Belfast, Maine
Ward stopped six shots to lead the Mountain Hawks to a 1-0 shutout of Towson on Sunday.

Patriot League Volleyball Weekly Awards

MOLTEN PLAYER OF THE WEEK
KELLY McCADDIN, AMERICAN Jr., MB/RS, West Caldwell, N.J.
McCaddin was named the MVP of the Sacred Heart Invitational Tournament with three stellar outings to help keep American unbeaten this season. Her best match of the weekend came Saturday when she logged 14 kills, six total blocks and hit .571 in a four-set win over Manhattan. In the Eagles' second match of the day, a 3-0 sweep of Maryland-Eastern Shore, McCaddin drilled 11 more kills with five blocks and hit .409. For the week McCaddin averaged 3.00 kills and 1.30 blocks per set, and tallied 30 total kills with just five errors on 51 swings to hit .490.

MOLTEN ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
SAMANTHA VOLK, LAFAYETTE Fr., S, Houston, Texas
A big reason for Lafayette's 5-1 start is the freshman Volk, who logged 85 assists in three sweep victories for the Leopards over the weekend. After notching 15 Friday against Wright State, the rookie tallied 33 against Fairleigh Dickinson and 37 more versus St. Peter's to finish with a 9.44 assist-per-set average. Volk also contributed in other ways on the floor, with nine digs, three aces and three block assists against the Knights. In all Volk finished with 13 digs and four block assists to go with five kills for the Leopards.

HONORABLE MENTIONS
MARGAUX JARKA, ARMY Sr., OH, Rolling Prairie, Ind.
Averaged 3.33 kills and 4.07 digs per set during Army's 2-2 week. Notched three double-doubles on the week, including a 15-kill, 26-dig performance against Eastern Michigan.

KAYLEE FIFER, COLGATE Sr., S, Lantana, Texas
Notched an incredible 63 assists in Friday's five-set win over Seton Hall, the Raiders' second triumph over a BIG EAST team this season. Averaged 9.45 assists and 2.73 digs per set at the Yale Invitational.

NATALIE WELSCH, HOLY CROSS Fr., RS, Eden Prairie, Minn.
Named to the Harvard Invitational All-Tournament Team after hitting .321 with 3.38 kills per set during a 1-1 showing for the Crusaders.

BRIANNE GIANGIOBBE, LAFAYETTE So., OH, Bethlehem, Pa.
Led Lafayette with a .481 hitting percentage with 3.22 kills and 1.00 blocks per set during the Leopards' 3-0 weekend at the Lafayette College Tournament. Notched 29 kills with only three errors on 54 chances as Lafayette swept all three matches.

RACHEL CHARLES, LEHIGH Sr., L, Farmington Hills, Mich.
Averaged 5.00 digs and 1.60 assists per set while notching five aces in three wins for Lehigh at the Lafayette College Tournament. Lehigh's 5-1 start is its best since 1995.

JAC BULLOCK, LOYOLA MARYLAND Sr., MB, Aubrey, Texas
Named to the Radisson Cross Keys Greyhound Challenge All-Tournament Team after hitting .355 with 3.36 kills per set. Struck 16 kills and hit .520 in Friday's sweep of La Salle, and finished the weekend with 12 total blocks (two solo).

ERIN FORTNER, NAVY Sr., Opp/OH, Villa Hills, Ky.
Averaged 3.30 kills and 2.00 digs per set as Navy split four matches at the Mountaineer Invite hosted by West Virginia.

Patriot League Cross Country Weekly Awards

M-F ATHLETIC MALE RUNNER OF THE WEEK
STEVE SCHROEDER, NAVY So., Monticello, Ill.
Schroeder led Navy to the team title at the Fordham Fiasco by winning the 8K race with a time of 25:55.51 for his first career individual title. The Mids won for the fourth time in seven races at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, and came out on top in the field of seven Division I teams. Schroeder is named M-F Athletic Male Runner of the Week for the first time after earning three Rookie of the Week awards last season.

M-F ATHLETIC FEMALE RUNNER OF THE WEEK
NIKKI LONG, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Sr., Fort Collins, Colo.
Long was the top finisher for the Terriers and third overall at the Nassaney Invitational with a time of 18:02.5 in the 5K race. The race in Smithfield, R.I. featured schools from throughout New England including Connecticut, Boston College and Patriot League member Holy Cross. Long is named M-F Athletic Female Runner of the Week for the first time.

M-F ATHLETIC MALE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
BRENDAN JOHNSON, AMERICAN Fr., Waldorf, Md.
Johnson finished second at the Catholic University Invitational with a time of 19:28.10 in the 6K race. He was only beaten out by junior teammate Nick Regan as American swept the top four spots and earned the team title. Johnson is American's first M-F Athletic Male Rookie of the Week since 2011.

M-F ATHLETIC FEMALE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
JULIENNE DeVITA, AMERICAN Fr., Williston, Vt.
DeVita led American to the team title at the Catholic University Invitational by finishing first among the Eagles and in second place overall with a time of 23:12.50 in the 6K race. DeVita was taking part in her first collegiate race. She is American's first M-F Athletic Female Rookie of the Week since 2008.

HONORABLE MENTIONS
NICK REGAN, AMERICAN Jr., Kensington, Md.
Regan won for the second time in as many starts this season by finishing the 6K Catholic University Invitational with a time of 19:05.40.

KENDALL WARD, ARMY Sr., Highland Falls, N.Y.
Ward finished first at the Army Open with a time of 15:20.89 in the 5K race.

MADISON HILL, ARMY So., Leachtown, Va.
Hill won the women's race at the Army Open with a 5K time of 19:00.95.
