CENTER VALLEY, Pa. -- The Patriot League announced its weekly awards for Oct. 13-19 in men and women's soccer, field hockey, volleyball, men and women's cross country and men and women's swimming & diving on Monday.
Patriot League Men's Soccer Weekly Awards
CORVIAS OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JORDAN BARKER, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Sr., M, Harrogate, England
Barker played a role in all three goals as No. 22 Boston University remained unbeaten in the Patriot League with a 3-1 win over Lafayette. The senior midfielder set up Richie Robinson for a score and then earned his second game-winner of the season off of a free kick early in the second half. After the Leopards cut the lead to 2-1, Barker assisted on a goal by David Amirani in the 80th minute as the Terriers became the first team to score three goals against Lafayette this season.
CORVIAS DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JOSEPH GREENSPAN, NAVY Sr., D, Westfield, N.J.
Greenspan contributed another solid game as the Navy defense has now shut out opponents over the last 395 minutes. The Mids shutout streak reached four games with a 1-0 win over Bucknell as the senior logged the full 90 minutes on the back line. Greenspan, who is tied for second in program history with 72 games played, has played every minute of the Mids last 11 contests. This is the second Corvias Defensive Player of the Week award of the season for the Westfield, N.J. native.
CORVIAS GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
JACKSON MORGAN, NAVY Jr., GK, Brecksville, Ohio
Morgan earned his second consecutive Corvias Goalkeeper of the Week award by matching a career-high with seven saves in the Mids 1-0 win over Bucknell. The junior preserved his fourth consecutive Patriot League shutout by making several acrobatic saves and extending Navy's scoreless streak to 395 minutes.

DAVID AMIRANI, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Fr., M, Brooklyn, N.Y.
Amirani helped No. 22 Boston University extend its unbeaten streak to nine with a goal in each of a pair of 3-1 wins over No. 25 Dartmouth and Lafayette. The freshman netted the game-winner in the 10th minute at the Big Green and then added an insurance goal in the 80th minute against Lafayette after the Leopards had cut the Terriers lead to 2-1.

Weinreb led a staunch American defense to its fifth shutout of the season in a 0-0 draw with Army.

Hobert made three saves and recorded his fifth shutout in a 0-0 draw with Army.
ETHAN KUTLER, COLGATE So., F/M, Lansing, N.Y.
Kutler had two assists and scored the game-winner in the Raiders 3-2 win at Holy Cross.

Benediktsson anchored a back line that held on for a 3-1 win over No. 25 Dartmouth while playing the final 63 minutes a man down.

Engel registered two assists in the Greyhounds 2-1 win over Lehigh.

Dubyoski's sixth goal of the season was the game-winner in a 1-0 win over Bucknell.

SARAH COY, COLGATE So., F, Boca Raton, Fla.
Coy captures weekly award honors for the third consecutive week after scoring both goals in a 2-0 win over Bucknell. The sophomore broke a scoreless tie with a goal in the 79th minute and added an insurance marker on a penalty kick four minutes later to help the Raiders extend their unbeaten streak to 13 games. Coy has been red-hot for Colgate, with eight goals in the last five games and currently leads in points and goals during Patriot League play with 14 and seven, respectively.

JADE SEABROOK, NAVY Sr., D, St. Paris, Ohio
Seabrook scored the game-winning goal and anchored the Navy defense in a 2-0 win over Holy Cross. The Mids recorded their fifth shutout of the season and allowed only a total of five shots - two on net - to move into second place in the Patriot League standings with a 4-1-1 record. It is the third Corvias Defensive Player of the Week honor of the season, and second in a row, for the Ohio native.

BRENNA MASON, COLGATE So., GK, Webster, N.Y.
Mason earned her third Corvias Goalkeeper of the Week award after notching her seventh shutout of the season in a 2-0 win over Bucknell. The sophomore stopped five shots and is currently 23rd nationally with a .569 goals against average. The Raiders are in first place in the Patriot League with a 5-0-1 record and are unbeaten in their last 13 contests (11-0-2).

KELLY O'BRIEN, LAFAYETTE Fr., GK, Trappe, Pa.
O'Brien earned her first win in net for Lafayette in a 2-1 win over American. With the Leopards trailing 1-0 at halftime, O'Brien came on in relief and held the Eagles scoreless as Lafayette rallied for the victory. The freshman made two saves in 45 minutes of action without allowing a goal to help the Leopards secure their second Patriot League win of the season.

Dankanich had a goal and an assist in the Mids 2-0 win over Holy Cross.

Courtney led a defensive effort as the Mountain Hawks allowed only one shot on net in a 0-0 draw with Army.

Miller scored her first goal of the season, the game-winner in a 1-0 win over Boston University.

JESS DAVIS, AMERICAN Jr., M, Selinsgrove, Pa.
Davis scored a pair of goals as American earned a key Patriot League win with a 4-1 triumph over Colgate on Saturday. Davis gave the Eagles a 2-0 lead with a goal in the 17th minute, then answered a Colgate tally by scoring again in the 28th minute to make it a 3-1 advantage. It was Davis' first two-goal game, and matched her season total coming into the contest.

GRACE WILSON, AMERICAN Sr., D, Ann Arbor, Mich.
Wilson receives the Corvias Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week award for the fourth time this season and 10th in her career after helping the Eagles to a 1-1 week where the team allowed just two goals. American gave up just four shots on goal in a 1-0 loss to James Madison on Wednesday, and permitted six shots on goal in a 4-1 win over Colgate on Saturday. Wilson also added an assist in the win over the Raiders. Wilson's 10 career Defensive Player of the Week awards stand just one off the League record held by Lafayette's Meghan Cicchi (2007-10).

VALENTINA CERDA EIMBCKE, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Sr., GK, Santiago, Chile
Cerda Eimbcke had two solid efforts over the weekend as she made three saves in a 4-0 shutout of Holy Cross on Friday and five saves in a 2-1 overtime loss at Massachusetts on Sunday. She allowed just the two goals in 144:50 of play in the two games. Cerda Eimbcke has 31 saves while allowing just five goals in the last six games for the Terriers, leading the squad to a 4-2 record in those contests. She is named Corvias Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week for the first time this season and fifth in her career.

MAUREEN CONNOLLY, HOLY CROSS Fr., F, New Canaan, Conn.
Connolly tallied a pair of goals for the Crusaders in a 5-4 overtime loss at Dartmouth on Monday. She gave the Crusaders an early 1-0 lead in the seventh minute, and put Holy Cross ahead 4-3 in the 62nd minute before Dartmouth came back to win in overtime. Connolly is tied for fourth in the Patriot League with six goals this season, and earns the Corvias Rookie of the Week award for the second time.

KATE McBEATH, AMERICAN Jr., GK, Barhamsville, Pa.
McBeath allowed two goals and made eight saves in a 1-1 week for the Eagles, with five stops in a 4-1 win over Colgate on Saturday.
TAYLOR BLOOD, BOSTON UNIVERSITY So., F, Hampton Falls, N.H.
Blood scored a career-high two goals in a 4-0 win over Holy Cross on Friday.
KIERSTEN SYDNOR, BUCKNELL Jr., F, Shippensburg, Pa.
Sydnor had the game-winning goal in the 54th minute to complete Bucknell's rally for a 2-1 win over Lafayette on Saturday, and notched an assist on the lone goal in a 4-1 loss to No. 5 Penn State on Tuesday.

KATHLEEN HARRIS, COLGATE So., OH, Playa Del Rey, Calif.
Harris posted her fifth and sixth double-doubles of the season as Colgate swept a pair of matches from Bucknell. Including the Raiders 3-0 win over Lafayette, Harris finished the week with 4.3 kills per set, 3,9 digs per set and a .391 hitting percentage. The 18 kills in a 3-0 win over the Bison represented a season-high for the Colgate sophomore.
MOLTEN ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
MOLLY SMITH, COLGATE Fr., S, Austin, Texas
Smith posted her third double-double of the season with 17 assists and 13 digs as Colgate completed the sweep of Bucknell. The freshman also recorded 18 assists and nine digs in a 3-1 win over the Bison to begin the week. Smith finished the 3-0 week averaging 4.7 assists per set and 2.3 digs per set.

McCaddin averaged 2.67 kills, 2.67 blocks and a .471 hitting percentage in a 3-0 win over Navy.

Perri averaged 3.86 kills as Army swept NJIT and Holy Cross.
RACHEL GEARON, ARMY Fr., MB, Leawood, Kan.
Gearon averaged 2.71 kills with a .342 hitting percentage in Army wins over NJIT and Holy Cross.
AMY MATULA, LEHIGH Jr., S, Memphis, Tenn.
Matula averaged 9.33 assists per set and 2.67 digs per set in wins over NJIT and Lafayette.
ALLI GRAF, NAVY So., L, Annapolis, Md.
Graf recorded 20 digs in a loss to American and followed that up with 22 in a sweep of Loyola Maryland.

M-F ATHLETIC MALE RUNNER OF THE WEEK
ANDREW GARCIA-GARRISON, BUCKNELL Sr., Detroit, Mich.
Garcia-Garrison placed 12th out of 301 runners at the Princeton Invitational to help Bucknell to a fourth-place showing in the 37-team field. Garcia-Garrison covered the 8K course in 24:23 to lead the Bison to a strong performance against a field that featured No. 8 Villanova.
M-F ATHLETIC FEMALE RUNNER OF THE WEEK
ELIZABETH WEILER, LEHIGH Jr., Chester Springs, Pa.
Weiler earns the M-F Athletic Patriot League Female Runner of the Week award for the fourth time this season after placing third out of 278 runners at the Princeton Invitational with a time of 21:18 on the 6K course. It was her fifth-consecutive top-20 finish and helped the Mountain Hawks to eighth place in the 35-team field.

WILL BORDASH, BUCKNELL Fr., Ridgefield, Conn.
Bordash finished 47th out of 301 runners at the Princeton Invitational with a time of 25:06 on the 8K course. He helped the Bison place fourth in the 37-team race and earns the M-F Athletic Patriot League Male Rookie of the Week award for the second time this season.

CHRISTINE BENDZINSKI, BUCKNELL Fr., Hebron, Conn.
Bendzinski placed 32nd out of 278 runners at the Princeton Invitational with a time of 22:27 in the 6K race. She helped the Bison take fifth place out of 35 teams by finishing as the second-fastest runner on the team, just six seconds behind senior Katie Jessee. Bendzinski is named M-F Athletic Patriot League Female Rookie of the Week for the second time.

Mahalsky placed 13th out of 311 runners at the Pre-Nationals with a time of 24:26 in the 8K race.

Regan came in 15th place out of 301 runners at the Princeton Invitational with a time of 24:34 on the 8K course.
KELLEY ROBINSON, NAVY Jr., Nederland, Colo.
Robinson lifted Navy to a 26-29 win over rival Army by finishing the 6K race in 22:25.82 for her first career victory.
STEPHANIE BENKO, LAFAYETTE Jr., New Canaan, Conn.
Benko placed second at the Leopard Invitational with a time of 23:04.82 in the 6K race, coming just six seconds behind the first-place finisher.
JOHN SWEENEY, NAVY Sr., Euclid, Ohio
Sweeney placed first for the first time in his career by finishing the 8K course in 24:43.64 in Navy's dominant 16-47 win over rival Army.

CORVIAS MALE SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
LOUIS BEHNEN, BUCKNELL So., Overland Park, Kan.
Behnen was the only swimmer to win three individual events in a double dual sweep of Boston University and George Washington after capturing the 200 IM (1:52.69), 500 Free (4:41.95) and 1000 Free (9:43.88). The sophomore was part of the Bison 1-2-3-4 sweep in the 500 Free and his time in the 200IM was only .07 off the 10th fastest in school history.

SARAH HARGRAVE, BOSTON UNIVERSITY So., North Attleboro, Mass.
Hargrave won two individual events as the Boston University women's team swept Bucknell and George Washington in a double dual event. Hargrave won both the 500 free (4:59.74) and the 1000 free (10:06.86) as the Terriers improved to 3-0 on the season.

TYLER WENZEL, BUCKNELL Jr., Telford, Pa.
Wenzel posted the third best score in program history by winning the 1-M event in a double dual against Boston University and George Washington. The junior's mark of 275.45 bettered his career best by 12.20. Wenzel also finished tied for 2nd in the 3-M event.

JULIE JESSE, NAVY Jr. Edwardsburg, Mich.
Jesse posted her third and fourth wins of the season by sweeping the 1-M and 3-M events in the Mids 154.5-143.5 win over UMBC. Scored 260.70 to win the 1-M by 20.42 points and edged UMBC's Katherine Young by 2.25 points in the 3-M.

Stuewe won the 100 back and 200 back in double dual at Bucknell and also swam a leg on a pair of winning relay teams.

Levendoski won the 100 back (57:15) and was second in the 200 back (2:04.79) in double dual against Boston U. and George Washington.

Duvall won the 100, 200 and 400 freestyle events in the Mids 151-138 win over UMBC.

Meyer won the 200 fly and placed second in the 200 back and 200 IM as Navy defeated UMBC 154.5-143.5.
