CENTER VALLEY, Pa. -- The Patriot League announced its weekly awards for March 30-April 5 in men and women's lacrosse, baseball, softball, men and women's outdoor track and field and men and women's tennis on Monday.

Patriot League Men's Lacrosse Weekly Awards

CORVIAS OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JOHN GLESENER, ARMY
Sr., A, Camillus, N.Y.
Glesener recorded a career high in points with nine as the Black Knights defeated Boston University 17-8 Saturday in West Point, N.Y. The Patriot League Preseason Player of the Year had recorded a hat trick by the end of the first quarter and tied a career-high with six goal before being removed from the game for the majority of the fourth quarter with Army comfortably ahead.

CORVIAS DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
ERIK CANNON, LAFAYETTE
So., D, Ridgewood, N.J.
Cannon, who leads the nation in caused turnovers at 2.45 per contest, forced a season-high six turnovers in the Leopards 11-7 win Saturday against Holy Cross. The sophomore also recorded five groundballs against the Crusaders and was part of a defensive unit that allowed 7.0 goals per game last week while posting consecutive home wins against Monmouth and HC.

CORVIAS GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
GRANT LIMONE, LOYOLA MARYLAND
Fr., GK, Weston, Conn.
Limone directed the Greyhounds' defense to a solid effort in a 17-7 victory over No. 18 Navy, the first place team in the Patriot League. The freshman made eight saves on 13 shots on goal he faced and allowed only five goals in 54 minutes, 36 seconds of action against the Midshipmen while scooping a pair of groundballs.

CORVIAS ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
ANTHONY ABBADESSA, COLGATE
Fr., A, Phoenix, Ariz.
Abbadessa tied a season-high with five points on two goals and three assists in the Raiders 12-8 win over Lehigh. The freshman scored the goals on the only two shots he attempted, including one just 9.9 second before halftime. After the Mountain Hawks had closed to within 9-8 in the second half, Abbadessa scored his second goal with 8:30 remaining and assisted on another 3-1/2 minutes later to all but ice the game.

BRANDON BURKE, COLGATE So., GK, Potomac, Md.
Burke recorded seven of his 10 saves in the second half to help the Raiders hold off Lehigh in a 12-8 victory.

BEN FALCONE, LAFAYETTE Jr., GK, Baltimore, Md.
Falcone made the most of his first two starts of the season for the Leopards, posting back-to-back wins over Monmouth and Holy Cross.

PAT FRAZIER, LOYOLA MARYLAND Sr., D, North Bethesda, Md.
Frazier led the Loyola defensive effort that allowed only four Navy goals and also scored his second goal of the season in the Greyhounds 17-7 victory.

ZACH HERREWEYERS, LOYOLA MARYLAND Jr., A, London, Ontario
Herreweyers matched his career-high with six points in the Greyhounds 17-7 win over No. 18 Navy.

Patriot League Women's Lacrosse Weekly Awards

CORVIAS OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
KARA BURKE, LOYOLA MARYLAND
Sr., A, Timonium, Md.
Burke totaled nine goals and four assists in a pair of impressive wins for the Greyhounds last week. She put up three goals and two assists in a 15-5 victory at Towson on Wednesday, then tallied a career-high six goals and two assists as Loyola remained unbeaten in the Patriot League with an 18-7 victory at home against Colgate on Saturday. The performance against the Raiders matched the high in both goals and points for any Patriot League player this season, and all came in the first half as Loyola built a 13-3 lead at the break. Burke became the 25th Greyhound to reach 100 career goals, and joined teammates Hannah Schmitt (151) and Annie Thomas (125) as the school's second trio of 100-goal classmates and first since 1987. Burke stands fifth in the Patriot League with 31 goals and sixth with 41 points. She is named Corvias Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.

CORVIAS MIDFIELD PLAYER OF THE WEEK
LAURA RYAN, HOLY CROSS
Sr., M, Stirling, N.J.
Ryan led Holy Cross to a key Patriot League win as she posted three goals, an assist, four ground balls, five draw controls and two caused turnovers in a 12-10 overtime triumph against Bucknell at home on Saturday. She scored the game-winner by tallying the first goal of the overtime period with 4:51 to play, and finished with her fifth hat trick this season and 20th in her career. Ryan ranks in the top five in the Patriot League in ground balls, draw controls and caused turnovers, and is in the top 10 in goals and points. She earns her first Corvias Patriot League Midfield Player of the Week award after receiving an honor for Offensive Player earlier in the year.

CORVIAS DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
MOLLY WOLF, LOYOLA MARYLAND
Jr., GK, Baltimore, Md.
Wolf helped the Greyhounds to a pair of decisive victories and she stopped more than 60% of the shots she faced in a 15-5 victory at Towson on Wednesday and 18-7 home win over Colgate on Saturday. Wolf made nine saves to pick up the victory against the Tigers, and stopped six shots while allowing only four of the goals in the win over the Raiders. She added five ground balls and a caused turnover for the week. Wolf leads the Patriot League in save percentage (.482) for the season. She is named Corvias Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week for the first time this season and fourth in her career.

JULIA COLLINS, NAVY
Fr., A, Clarksville, Md.
Collins had an outstanding game to keep the Mids close against one of the top teams in the nation as she tallied a career-high four goals and had four draw controls and a ground ball in a 15-13 loss at No. 4 Virginia on Wednesday. The four goals all came in the last 18 minutes to bring the Mids close to an upset, and her four draw controls resulted in three goals. Collins joins her twin sister, Jenna, as a recipient of the Corvias Patriot League Rookie of the Week award this season.

KAITLIN CONCILIO, HOLY CROSS Jr., A, Ridgewood, N.J.
Concilio posted a goal and five assists to lead Holy Cross to a 12-10 win in overtime against Bucknell.

EMILY KOOKOGEY, BUCKNELL Sr., A, Lutherville, Md.
Kookogey had two goals and a career-high four assists in Bucknell's 12-10 overtime loss to Holy Cross.

TARYN VanTHOF, LOYOLA MARYLAND Sr., M, Livonia, N.Y.
VanThof totaled three goals, two assists, two ground balls and six draw controls in a pair of wins for the Greyhounds.

JILL HORKA, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Jr., M, Westborough, Mass.
Horka tallied a goal, six draw controls and two caused turnovers in an 8-5 win at Lehigh on Saturday.

CARLI SUKONIK, LEHIGH Sr., A, Penn Valley, Pa.
Sukonik had five goals in two games last week, with four in a 10-8 win at Rutgers on Tuesday.

Patriot League Baseball Weekly Awards

CORVIAS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
MICHAEL CONIGLIO, LAFAYETTE
Jr., CF, Ridgewood, N.J.
Coniglio had a huge series against Army by going 9-for-15 (.600) with six runs scored and four RBIs to lead the Leopards to a four-game sweep of the Black Knights. He had at least two hits in each of the four games, and also had an RBI or run scored in each contest. Coniglio went 4-for-8 with two runs scored and two RBIs in Saturday's sweep, and finished 5-for-7 with two triples, four runs scored and two RBIs in Sunday's contests. He went 3-for-4 with three runs in an 8-7 win in Sunday's opener. Coniglio went 10-for-20 (.500) in five games overall last week and raised his season batting average from .129 to .275. Lafayette won its first games against Army since 2011, and posted a four-game sweep in a Patriot League series for the first time since 2007.

CORVIAS PITCHER OF THE WEEK
LUKE GILLINGHAM, NAVY
Jr., P, Coronado, Calif.
Gillingham had another brilliant outing as he pitched into extra innings to earn the shutout in a 1-0 win over Holy Cross in the series opener on Saturday. The Mids scored the lone run of the contest in the top of the eighth and Gillingham finished the shutout as he allowed five hits with no walks and eight strikeouts over eight innings of work. Gillingham tied for the Patriot League lead with his fifth victory and also leads the League in ERA (1.07) for the season while standing first nationally with 86 strikeouts. He is named Corvias Patriot League Pitcher of the Week for the fourth time, tying three others for the most in a single season in League history.

CORVIAS ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
STEVEN COHEN, LAFAYETTE
Fr., SS, Newtown Square, Pa. Cohen had a pair of strong games against Army to help Lafayette to its first four-game sweep of a Patriot League series since 2007. He went 2-for-5 with a pair of doubles, a run scored and three RBIs in a 12-3 victory in Saturday's nightcap before leading the Leopards to an 8-7 win in Sunday's opener with a pair of home runs and three RBIs in the contest. He led off the bottom of the first with a home run and hit a two-run shot in the fourth to tie the game at 4-4 as part of a four-run inning that put the Leopards in front for good. Cohen is named Corvias Patriot League Rookie of the Week for the second time this season.

BEN WHITE, HOLY CROSS So., P, Holden, Mass.
White pitched eight shutout innings and struck out seven in Holy Cross' 3-2 win over Navy on Saturday.

NICK STEPHENS, LEHIGH Sr., P, Monument, Colo.
Stephens gave up two unearned runs while striking out seven as he pitched all eight innings in Lehigh's 3-2 win over Bucknell on Sunday.

BRYSON HOUGH, BUCKNELL Sr., P, Fairfax, Va.
Hough allowed two unearned runs and struck out eight and pitched all eight innings of Bucknell's 4-2 win over Lehigh in Saturday's series opener.

DAVID BEDNAR, LAFAYETTE So., P, Valencia, Pa.
Bednar gave up two runs on four hits and two walks with seven strikeouts over 6.1 innings in Lafayette's 4-2 win over Army in Saturday's series opener.

JACK ST. CLAIR, HOLY CROSS Sr., 3B, Newton, Mass.
St. Clair went 9-for-19 (.474) with three runs scored and three RBIs in six games last week.

TIM McKAY, LEHIGH Sr., C, Pinellas Park, Fla.
McKay went 5-for-10 with two runs scored and an RBI as Lehigh won three of four games against Bucknell.

SEAN TRENT, NAVY Jr., OF, Sorrento, Fla.
Trent batted 10-for-20 (.500) with five RBIs and two runs in five games last week.

Patriot League Softball Weekly Awards

CORVIAS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
ALEXIS WATANABE, LEHIGH
Jr., 2B, San Marino, Calif.
Watanabe was a catalyst for the Mountain Hawks in all five wins against Patriot League foes Boston University and Bucknell. The junior had at least one hit and one RBI in each contest as Lehigh extended its winning streak to a program-best 15 games. Watanabe finished the week with 10 hits in 15 at-bats (.667 BA) while scoring seven runs and driving in seven more.

CORVIAS PITCHER OF THE WEEK
EMILY BAUSHER, LEHIGH
Sr., P, New Egypt, N.J.
Bausher earned her fifth Pitcher of the Week award, and third in a row, by earning another three victories in the Mountain Hawks 5-0 week. The Patriot League's Preseason Pitcher of the Year struck out 21 batters and walked just three in a pair of wins over Bucknell and one against Boston University. Bausher's strongest performance came in Lehigh's 11-3 win over Bucknell where she yielded only two hits and struck out 11 of the 18 batters she faced.

CORVIAS ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
HOLLY GERANEN, COLGATE
Fr., 3B/P, San Jose, Calif.
Geranen picks up her second Rookie of the Week award after helping the Raiders surge into second place in the Patriot League with a sweep of Army. The freshman went 6-for-10 in Colgate's three games against the Black Knights, including a game-winning home run in the top of the 10th inning of a 3-2 victory. Geranen was also solid in the field against Army, successfully handling all 13 chances in the infield.

Honorable mention

KASEY MCCRAVEY, ARMY Jr., 3B, Scottsdale, Ariz.
McCravey batted .364 for week (8-for-22), scored seven runs and stole four bases in six games against Colgate and Lafayette.

KATIE BUSHEE, COLGATE So., OF, San Marcos, Calif.
Bushee batted .455 (5-for-11) and scored five runs in the Raiders three-game sweep of Army.

BRIGIT IEUTER, COLGATE Jr., P, Wilmette, Ill.
Ieuter allowed only three runs (one earned) and earned one win for the Raiders in two appearances against Army.

EMILY JARVIS, HOLY CROSS Jr., OF, Hopkinton, Mass.
Jarvis batted .600 (6-for-10) and slugged her first home run of the season as the Cruaders won 2-of-3 from Boston University.

Patriot League Outdoor Track and Field Weekly Awards

M-F ATHLETIC PATRIOT LEAGUE MALE TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
CAMERON WILLIAMS, BOSTON UNIVERSITY

Williams won the 200-meter dash with a personal-best time of 20.89 and placed fifth in the 100-meter in 10.50 at the Tiger Classic in Auburn, Alabama over the weekend. His 200-meter time stands sixth in the NCAA East Region this season, while the 100-meter time ranks 21st in the East. Both easily eclipsed the IC4A standards. Williams is named M-F Athletic Patriot League Male Track Athlete of the Week for the second time in the outdoor season.

GEMMA ACHEAMPONG, BOSTON UNIVERSITY
Sr., Waterbury, Conn.
Acheampong placed fourth in the 100-meter dash in a time of 11.56 and seventh in the 200-meter in 24.22 over the weekend at the Tiger Classic. Both marks beat the ECAC standard, with the 100-meter dash time ranking eighth in the NCAA East Region. Acheampong is named M-F Athletic Patriot League Female Track Athlete of the Week for the second time this year and fourth in her career in the outdoor season.

M-F ATHLETIC PATRIOT LEAGUE MALE FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
LADDIE TREES, BUCKNELL
Sr., Washington, D.C.
Trees placed second in the javelin at the Colonial Relays with a mark of 71.02 meters, easily topping the IC4A standard of 58.70. He recorded the top javelin toss in the Patriot League this season and the fifth-best mark in the NCAA East Region.

M-F ATHLETIC PATRIOT LEAGUE FEMALE FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
AMANDA GRAHAM, NAVY
Sr., Wakefield, R.I.
Graham placed first in the pole vault against Army with a mark of 3.80 meters, beating the ECAC standard of 3.65. She posted the top pole vault mark in the Patriot League this season and moved into the top 50 in the NCAA East Region. The victory also helped the Mids claim a 101-99 victory in the Star Meet against their rivals.

DEVIN ENSLEN, NAVY
Fr., Alamogordo, N.M.
Enslen played a key role in Navy's 115-85 win over rival Army as he won both the 100-meter (11.11) and 200-meter (22.23) races against the Black Knights. He beat out a strong field in both races that included teammate Jordan Sartor-Francis and Army's Jose Santana.

M-F ATHLETIC PATRIOT LEAGUE FEMALE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
BRIYAH BROWN, ARMY
Fr., New Rochelle, N.Y.
Brown claimed a pair of victories in Saturday's competition against Navy as she took first place in both the shot put (14.65m) and hammer throw (49.49m). The shot put mark set a record for the Army-Navy Star Meet while easily eclipsing the ECAC standard and ranking 30th in the NCAA East Region this season. Brown is named M-F Athletic Patriot League Female Rookie of the Week for the first time in the outdoor season after claiming the honor three times to go with three Field Athlete of the Week awards in the indoor campaign.

CHRISTIAN LUPICA, BUCKNELL Sr., Newtown, Pa.
Lupica won the 110-meter hurdles at the Colonial Relays with a time of 13.94, beating the IC4A standard and ranking 11th in the NCAA East Region this season.

AUSTIN BATISTE, NAVY Jr., Long Beach, Calif.
Batiste won the 400-meter dash against Army with an IC4A qualifying time of 47.93.

TOM BUFFONE, NAVY Sr., Freehold, N.J.
Buffone won the hammer throw (57.03m) and placed second in the shot put (16.38m) against rival Army, beating the IC4A standard in each event.

ETHAN KNIGHT, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Sr., Mendota Heights, Minn.
Knight topped the IC4A standard with a mark of 16.24 meters in the shot put at the Tiger Classic.

JENN SILVESTRI, BUCKNELL Jr., Sparta, N.J.
Silvestri ran the 400-meter hurdles at the Colonial Relays in an ECAC qualifying time of 1:02.91.

SARAH BERNHARDT, NAVY Sr., Conshohocken, Pa.
Bernhardt won the 400-meter hurdles with an ECAC qualifying time of 1:03.00 in Navy's victory over Army.

Patriot League Tennis Weekly Awards

CORVIAS MALE TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
ALAN PLEAT, COLGATE
Sr., Roslyn, N.Y.
Pleat captured the deciding point for the Raiders in a 4-3 Patriot League win Saturday over Bucknell. After dropping the first set at No. 2 singles to the Bison' Daniel Wright, Pleat rallied for a 4-6, 7-6, 6-4 victory to complete Colgate's comeback from a 3-0 deficit in the match. Pleat also teamed with Nick Laub for an 8-6 win at No. 2 doubles versus Bucknell.

CORVIAS FEMALE TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
LISA JOURAVLEVA, BUCKNELL
Fr., Franklin Lakes, N.J.
Jouravleva had a perfect 4-0 week as the Bison swept Patriot League matches against Lafayette and Colgate. The freshman dropped only a total of four games at No. 2 singles against the Leopards and Raiders and teamed with Michele Urbinati at No. 2 doubles for an 8-0 win versus Lafayette and 8-3 victory over Colgate.

ALEX VAN VELZER, ARMY Sr., Montgomery, Texas
Van Velzer was 2-0 at No. 2 singles and teamed with Sam Lampan for a win at No. 1 doubles as the Black Knights swept Lehigh and Bucknell.

LAUREN DAVIS, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Jr., Mitchellville, Md.
Davis earned a key point at No. 2 singles as the Terriers nipped Connecticut 4-3 on Thursday.

NICK BYBEL, BUCKNELL Jr., Lancaster, Pa.
Bybel was pushed to a third set for the first time during his 16-match winning streak, but still posted a 3-0 record at No. 1 singles and 2-1 at No. 1 doubles.

REID BURCH, LOYOLA MARYLAND Fr., Lutherville, Md.
Burch earned the first singles point for a Loyola men's player against Navy since joining the Patriot League with a win at No. 3 on Wednesday.

CLAUDIA MACKENZIE, NAVY Fr., Surfside, Fla.
Mackenzie broke a 3-all tie in the annual Star Match against Army Saturday with a 6-1, 0-6, 6-4 victory at No. 6 singles for Navy's first-ever win against the Black Knights in women's tennis.
