CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - The Patriot League announced its weekly awards for March 28-April 3 in women's lacrosse, baseball, softball, tennis and track and field on Monday.

CORVIAS PATRIOT LEAGUE ATTACKER OF THE WEEK
JULIA COLLINS, NAVY So., A, Clarksville, Md.
Collins helped Navy to a pair of identical 11-5 finals over Lehigh and Army West Point as she had a hand in nearly half of the goals for the Mids with a combined 10 points in the two contests. Collins scored four goals, including the game-winner, as Navy stopped Lehigh's seven-game winning streak with a victory at home on Wednesday. She followed it up by tallying a career-best five goals and an assist for a career-high tying six points as Navy went on the road and won the first-ever matchup with Army West Point. Collins recorded a hat trick in the first half of each contest last week, and has at least one goal in all four of Navy's Patriot League matchups.
CORVIAS PATRIOT LEAGUE MIDFIELDER OF THE WEEK
GRETCHEN RICHTER, BUCKNELL So., M, Bronxville, N.Y.
Richter repeats as the Corvias Patriot League Midfielder of the Week after she played a key role in a pair of one-goal wins for the Bison last week. Richter tallied three goals, two ground balls, five draw controls and two caused turnovers as Bucknell held on for a 13-12 win at Lafayette on Wednesday, and had an even slightly better stat line with four goals, two ground balls, seven draw controls and two caused turnovers in a 10-9 victory at home against Holy Cross on Saturday. She tallied the game-winner against Holy Cross by breaking a 9-9 tie with 1:41 left in the contest. Richter leads the Patriot League with 52 draw controls this season, and has helped Bucknell to a 3-1 Patriot League record after the Bison won three League contests combined over the past six years.
CORVIAS PATRIOT LEAGUE DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
MADDY LESHER, LOYOLA MARYLAND Sr., D, Gladwyne, Pa.
Lesher came up with a career-best effort as Loyola scored the final five goals and remained perfect in the Patriot League with an 11-6 victory at Colgate on Saturday. She set personal bests with seven ground balls as well as seven caused turnovers in the contest, and helped the Loyola defense keep the Raiders scoreless for more than 20 minutes after the score was tied 6-6. Lesher also had four caused turnovers, which tied a career high at the time, in an 8-7 loss against No. 13 Princeton on Wednesday. She moved into the Loyola top 10 with career totals of 88 caused turnovers and 145 ground balls, and her 29 caused turnovers this season are 10 ahead of any other Patriot Leaguer.

HANNAH POWERS, LOYOLA MARYLAND Fr., A, Skaneateles, N.Y.
Powers tallied a combined five goals and two assists in a pair of contests for the Greyhounds last week. She put up two goals and an assist in an 8-7 loss at home against No. 13 Princeton on Wednesday, and scored three goals with an assist in an 11-6 victory at Colgate on Saturday. Powers leads the team in both assists (15) and points (34) for the season.

Becker totaled seven goals and four assists as Bucknell posted a pair of one-goal wins last week.

Boyum totaled 12 saves with a .545 save percentage in a pair of 11-5 wins for Navy last week.

CORVIAS PATRIOT LEAGUE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
MIKE GARZILLO, LEHIGH Sr., 2B, Wind Gap, Pa.
Garzillo posted a big week as he batted .500 (12-for-24) with a home run, seven RBIs, seven runs scored, five doubles and a triple as Lehigh split six contests. He had at least one hit in each game and scored a run in five of the six contests. Garzillo opened the week by going 3-for-5 with two runs scored and three RBIs in a 16-7 win over Delaware on Tuesday. He had a big effort in Lehigh's lone win in its weekend series at Bucknell, going 4-for-5 with a home run, four RBIs, two runs scored, two doubles and a triple in a 10-1 victory in Saturday's nightcap. Garzillo had two more doubles in Sunday's doubleheader against the Bison as he recorded six extra-base hits in the series. Garzillo raised his season batting average from .276 to .330 over the course of the week and went over 200 hits for his career.
CORVIAS PATRIOT LEAGUE PITCHER OF THE WEEK
DAVID BEDNAR, LAFAYETTE Jr., P, Valencia, Pa.
Bednar tossed a seven-inning shutout with 10 strikeouts to lead Lafayette to a 4-0 win over Army West Point in Saturday's opening game as the Leopards went on to win three of four games in the series. Bednar allowed just four hits and a walk in the outing and racked up double-digit strikeouts for the second game in a row. Bednar holds a 3-1 record with a 2.88 ERA for the season, and has posted a 1.53 ERA over 29.1 innings in his last five appearances.

NOAH SONG, NAVY Fr., P, Claremont, Calif.
Song had a dominant performance in Sunday's opener against Holy Cross as he allowed just one hit in a seven-inning shutout to help the Mids to a 9-0 win that would lead to a sweep of the doubleheader to even the four-game series. He threw his second complete game in three starts and gave up just a second-inning single in the outing while surrendering three walks and striking out three. Song stands third in the Patriot League with 2.41 ERA for the season and leads the League with a .157 opponents batting average.

Smith went 10-for-20 with seven runs scored, three triples, a home run, two RBIs and a double in five games for the Bison last week.

Chinnery batted 9-for-17 with a home run, two RBIs and four runs scored in five games last week.

Kramer had a pair of three-hit games with a combined five RBIs, three doubles and four runs scored as Lafayette won three of four contests at Army West Point.

Keller allowed one earned run on four hits and two walks with seven strikeouts in a seven-inning complete game to lead Bucknell to an 11-2 win over Lehigh in Sunday's opening game.

Burggraaf gave up only two unearned runs over six innings of work with eight strikeouts to lead Army West Point to a 9-3 win over Lafayette in Sunday's series finale.

King gave up one run on five hits with no walks and seven strikeouts over six innings to lead Holy Cross to a 3-1 win at Navy in Saturday's series opener.

KASEY MCCRAVEY, ARMY WEST POINT Sr., Inf., Scottsdale, Ariz.
In game two of the doubleheader at Colgate, McCravey led off with a home run to dead center to help set the tone of the 7-4 win early for the Black Knights. Ahead 2-1 in the fifth inning, McCravey once again led off with a hit and eventually made it all the way home to score the first of three runs that put the Black Knights ahead for good. The senior infielder finished the four-game week hitting .429 (6-of-14) that included two homers. She also drove in three and swiped three bases.
CORVIAS PITCHER OF THE WEEK
CHRISTINE CAMPBELL, LEHIGH Jr., P, San Diego, Calif.
Campbell earns her second-straight weekly award after another solid performance in the circle for the Mountain Hawks. In non-League action in Philadelphia at Penn Park, the junior tossed her first solo complete-game shutout of the season, holding the Quakers to just three hits across eight innings. The hurler struck out nine -- one shy of her career-high -- and only walked one.
CORVIAS ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
ANNA GIMMESTAD, BUCKNELL Fr., INF, Plymouth, Minn.
In the three-game series at Lafayette this weekend, Gimmestad recorded at least one hit, one run, and one RBI in each of the contests to help the Bison earn their first series sweep of the League season. After a 2-of-4 performance at the plate with one run and one RBI, the rookie recorded two doubles and finished with three hits in four at bats during game two, while driving in two and scoring a pair of her own. Gimmestad finished the series hitting .500 (6-of-12), slugging .833, and with four runs and four RBI.

DANA NIELSEN, BUCKNELL Sr., P, Pequannock, N.J.
Nielsen threw a three-hit shutout in game one of the Bison's doubleheader at Lafayette, striking out five and walking just one. The senior also pitched a scoreless inning of relief on Sunday, to help Bucknell complete the three-game series sweep. In three starts against Lafayette over the past two season, Nielsen is 3-0 with three shutouts.
ASHLEY QUIDOLIT, LEHIGH Fr., OF, Bonita, Calif.
Quidolit went a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate in the Mountain Hawks 6-3 win over Penn on Wednesday. The rookie also knocked in Lehigh's fifth run with a sac fly.

AUSTIN BATISTE, NAVY Sr., Long Beach, Calif.
Batiste won the 400-meter against Army West Point in a time of 46.96, placing first among all Patriot Leaguers and 18th in the NCAA East Region this season. He also ran on Navy's winning 4 X 400m relay squad and helped the Mids to a 119-84 victory over their rivals.

TORIA LEVY, BOSTON UNIVERSITY Jr., Weston, Fla.
Levy had two impressive performances in the hurdles at the Texas Relays, recording a personal-best time of 57.77 in the 400m and 14.09 in the 100m. The 400-meter hurdles time places Levy in the top 10 in the NCAA East Region.

Oluwadara placed fifth in the triple jump at the Texas Relays with a mark of 16.01 meters, with the personal-best leap coming just shy of the school record. Oluwadara's mark places him fourth in the NCAA East Region this season.

KENNETH BRINSON, ARMY WEST POINT Fr., Kennesaw, Ga.
Brinson won the hammer throw against rival Navy with a mark of 59.00 meters, and placed second in the discus with a toss of 50.25 meters. Both marks place Brinson in the top 55 in the NCAA East Region.

ADRIANA HOOKS, AMERICAN Fr., Williamsburg, Va.
Hooks took 14th place in the seeded section of the 5,000-meter run at the Colonial Relays as she finished in a time of 17:10.46. The time places her at No. 75 in the NCAA East Region and ranks fifth all-time at American.

Stell placed first in the javelin against Army West Point with a toss of 68.66 meters, which improved on his season best and ranks 17th in the NCAA East Region.

Williams placed third in the 200-meter dash at the Texas Relays in a time of 21.39 seconds, which ranks in the top 60 in the NCAA East Region.

Williams won the 400-meter hurdles (53.89) and placed second in the 100-meter hurdles (14.56) in Navy's victory over Army West Point.

Raymond won the 100-meter dash at the Central Connecticut Invitational with a time of 10.71.

NICK BYBEL, BUCKNELL Sr., Lancaster, Pa.
Bybel earns his second-straight weekly honor after earning a pair of wins at the top flight in singles and going 1-1 at No. 1 doubles against League foes, Loyola Maryland and Colgate. The senior helped Bucknell open its Patriot League schedule with a win over the Greyhounds after claiming a 6-4 win at No. 1 doubles and a 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 1 singles. After dropping his doubles match 6-4 to the Raiders, he earned another straight-set victory at the top singles flight 6-3, 6-4. Bybel is now 14-3 this spring and has won nine straight singles matches.
CORVIAS FEMALE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
CAROLYN PITMAN, ARMY WEST POINT Sr., West Chester, Ohio
After dropping the first set 6-3 against Navy's No. 1 Amanda Keller, Pitman rallied to win the next two 6-4, 6-3 to earn the match victory. With the win, the senior is undefeated against Navy (6-0 singles, 5-0 doubles) and has now won six-straight singles matches for a 7-1 dual meet spring record at the top flight. She also captured a win with teammate Kirby Einck at No. 2 doubles 6-2 to improve to 13-0 with Einck this season. Pitman has not lost a doubles contest in her last 20 matches dating back to September 25.

BLEST JONES, LOYOLA MARYLAND So., Laurel, Md.
Jones captured four singles-match victories and added a win at No. 1 doubles against Delaware to go undefeated last week and is now holds the Greyhounds' single-season singles victories record with 27 wins. He won in straight sets at No. 5 against Rider and Bucknell, while adding three-set victories at No. 3 against Coppin State and at NO. 5 against Delaware.
MARIA CIOFFI, BUCKNELL Sr., Williamsport, Pa.
Cioffi collected a pair of wins at the top flight in both doubles and singles against League foes Loyola Maryland and Colgate last week and has now won 17 consecutive Patriot League dual matches in singles dating back to her freshman season. She is now 10-2 this spring with wins in nine straight matches.
