CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — No. 3 Army West Point defeated No. 6 Loyola Maryland, 3-1, while No. 4 Navy earned a 3-0 victory over No. 5 Lehigh in the quarterfinal round of the 2019 Patriot League Volleyball Tournament on Tuesday night.
The Midshipmen will face the top-seeded Eagles of American at 2 p.m. on Saturday in the semifinal round, followed by No. 2 Colgate versus No. 3 Army at 5 p.m.
Both semifinal matches will be streamed free on the
Patriot League Network (PLN) along with being distributed live on Stadium’s digital outlets including WatchStadium.com. The championship match will be available on over-the-air (OTA) television stations throughout the country, including Stadium channels on Roku and Pluto TV.

* Black Knights’ junior setter Hannah Presley collected a career-high 49 assists to go with 11 digs and five block assists.
* Senior outside hitter Courtney Horace nabbed 15 kills and a .323 hitting percentage, junior libero Ana Oglivie collected 22 digs and senior outside hitter Allie Strong added 19 digs and eight kills to the Black Knights’ victory.
* Loyola Maryland sophomore outside hitter Abby Hamilton (16 kills, 13 digs) and senior outside hitter Ann Ernst (10 kills, 12 digs) led the Greyhounds.
* Loyola freshman setter Ashley Dwyer ended the match with 25 assists, while junior setter Alaina Acchione had 17 assists.

* The No. 4 Navy Midshipmen took a 3-0 win against No. 5 Lehigh on Tuesday night in the Patriot League Quarterfinals.
* Navy was led by junior outside hitter Amanda Montag with 13 kills, followed by junior outside hitter Maddi Sgattoni and sophomore opposite hitter Avery Stowell with nine and seven kills, respectively.
* Montag also collected a pair of aces and three assists and Sgattoni added 20 digs. Senior setter Paige Miles contributed 30 assists, three aces and three blocks

* The Mountain Hawks were paced by senior outside hitter Julia Pressley, who finished the match with 11 kills and four blocks.
* On the defensive side, senior libero Jess Donaldson nabbed 19 digs and Hannah Wright contributed seven digs.
