ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Sophomore forward Mike Woods scored a career-high 17 points to lead Navy to a 57-53 victory over Army West Point in a nationally televised game on CBS Sports Network.
*Woods connected on 6-of-8 from the floor for his career-high and grabbed eight rebounds, while sophomore forward Donovan Draper added 10 points, nine rebounds, three assists and two steals.
*Sophomore guard Austin Benigni scored 12 points and dished out four assists to help the Mids improve to 4-2 in League play.
*Army West Point freshmen Josh Scovens and Ryan Curry scored 16 points apiece to lead the Black Knights. Scovens added seven boards, while Curry finished with five assists and two steals.

*Leopards’ freshman guard Mark Butler finished with a team-high 16 points and six assists, while senior forward Kyle Jenkins added 15 points and eight boards to help Lafayette move to 6-0 in League play for the first time since 2003-04.
*Pettit added 11 points, including the game-sealing free throws with nine seconds remaining in the final overtime period.
*Lafayette overcame a 16-point, second-half deficit, outscoring the Bison 41-28 in the second half with senior guard Eric Sondberg’s corner 3-pointer with four seconds left, sending the game into an extra frame.
