EASTON, Pa. Fifth-year forward Keegan Records scored a game-high 21 points to lead Colgate to a 67-62 victory at Lafayette to clinch its fifth straight Patriot League regular-season crown and the No. 1 seed in the PenFed Credit Union Patriot League Men’s Basketball Championship.
*Records connected on 7-of-11 from the floor and 7-of-9 from the charity stripe, including a pair of free throws with less than a minute to play to put the Raiders in front for good for their 12th straight win.
*Fifth-year forward Ryan Moffatt added 11 points, while freshman guard Jalen Cox added nine points and four boards. Sophomore guard Braeden Smith chipped in four points, eight boards and six assists for the Raiders.  
*The Raiders and Leopards exchanged leads 12 times, tying the score nine times before Colgate claimed the win to split the season series.
*Lafayette junior forward Justin Vander Baan led three Leopards in double-figures with 15 points. He also grabbed five rebounds and blocked three shots.
*Senior forward Kyle Jenkins added 10 points to reach 1,000 career points while adding seven boards. Junior guard Devin Hines recorded 12 points for the Leopards.
*Lafayette pulled down eight offensive rebounds and finished with 13 second-chance points.
