Raiders extend their win streak to five games by splitting the season series with the Bison

HAMILTON, N.Y. – Senior guard Nicolas Louis-Jacques and fifth-year forward Jeff Woodward combined for 37 points to lead Colgate to an 87-80 victory over Bucknell to split the season series and extend their winning streak to five games.
*The Raiders shot a season-best 59.2 percent (29-of-49) from the floor, as Woodward posted 18 points, connecting on 7-of-8 shot attempts to reach 1,000 career points. He also grabbed a game-high nine rebounds.
*Louis-Jacques finished with a team-high 19 points, hitting 7-of-8 from the free-throw line.
*Sophomore guard Jalen Cox and junior guard Brady Cummins added 17 and 11 points, respectively, for a Raiders team that outscored Bucknell, 15-2, on fastbreak points.
*Colgate trailed by as many as eight points in the second half but outscored the Bison 50-38, hitting 21-of-25 from the charity stripe after the break.
*Bison senior guard Josh Bascoe finished with a game-high 23 points to go with three assists and three steals.
*Junior center Noah Williamson finished with 22 points on 7-of-12 shooting, including 6-for-6 from 3-point range, for a Bison squad that shot 50 percent (28-of-56) from the floor and 50 percent (12-of-24) from long range.
*Juniors Achile Spadone and Ruot Bijiek added 13 and 10 points, respectively. Spadone grabbed a team-best seven boards.
