WORCESTER, Mass. – Sophomores Josh Scovens and Ryan Curry combined for 49 points to lead Army West Point to a 76-71 victory at Holy Cross on Wednesday night.
*Scovens finished with a game-high 25 points on 10-of-18 shooting from the field while adding four rebounds and three assists.
*Curry added 24 points, connecting on 7-of-15 from long range, with six boards and four assists, while senior forward AJ Allenspach posted 14 points on 7-of-8 shooting.
*Senior guard Blake Barker recorded a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds to go with a team-high three steals. The Black Knights took advantage of 14 Holy Cross miscues, outscoring the Crusaders 20-5 on points off turnovers.
*Crusaders ‘sophomore guard Kahlil Singleton came off the bench to lead Holy Cross with 22 points.
*Freshman guard Max Green added 19 points, eight rebounds, four assists and two steals, and sophomore forward Declan Ryan recorded 10 points.

WASHINGTON – Graduate student guard Lincoln Ball’s buzzer-beating jumper from just inside the free-throw line lifted American to a 68-67 victory over Lehigh at Bender Arena on Wednesday night.
*The Eagles trailed by seven points with 32 seconds remaining before sophomore forward Greg Jones connected on four free-throws, and sophomore forward Matt Mayock hit a 3-pointer with 10 seconds left.
*Ball’s steal with six seconds on the clock allowed AU a final possession and created the shot opportunity for Ball to extend AU’s win streak to four games. He finished with seven points, four rebounds and three steals
*Jones and graduate student Matt Rogers led the way with 14 and 12 points, respectively, while freshman forward Eric Michaels came off the bench to score a career-high 12 points.
*Lehigh senior Tyler Whitney-Sidney and sophomore guard Nasir Whitlock scored 19 points apiece to pace the Mountain Hawks.
*Whitlock connected on 7-of-9 from the field, including 4-of-5 from long distance.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Junior guard Austin Benigni led three Midshipmen in double figures with 21 points to lead Navy to a 62-47 victory over Boston University at Alumni Hall on Wednesday.
*Benigni connected on 11-of-12 from the charity stripe and added four rebounds, three assists and two steals to help the Mids snap a four-game slide.
*Sophomore guards Jinwoo Kim and Jordan Pennick scored 13 points apiece, combining to shoot 7-of-13 from long distance to help the team shoot a season-high 50 percent (9-of-18) from 3-point range.
*Terriers’ freshman guard Azmar Abdullah matched his career-high with 21 points on 7-of-14 shooting from the floor.
*Graduate student guard Miles Brewster chipped in 11 points and four rebounds for BU.

BALTIMORE – Sophomore forward Andrew Phillips scored a career-high 27 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead Lafayette to an 80-59 victory at Loyola Maryland on Wednesday night.
*Phillips shot 10-of-15 from the floor and 5-of-7 from 3-point range for a Leopards squad that shot 56.6 percent from the field and 48 percent from deep.
*Freshman guards Alex Chaikin and Caleb Williams finished with 19 and 11 points, respectively, while Chaikin connected on 4-of-7 from beyond the arc.
*Lafayette senior center Justin Vander Baan grabbed nine boards and blocked four shots.
*Greyhounds senior center Milos Ilic scored a team-high 16 points and added five rebounds.
*Freshman guard Braeden Speed added nine points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals for Loyola Maryland.
