BETHLEHEM, Pa. – No. 1 American (23-4, 15-1 PL) welcomes No. 3 Army West Point (19-8, 11-5 PL) to Bender Arena for the 2025 Women’s Volleyball Championship Match, presented by Credit Union 1, on Sunday, Nov. 23.

The Eagles and Black Knights will meet in the volleyball championship match for the first time since 2019 and the eighth time overall. American holds a 6-1 record in the seven prior championship-match meetings (2001, 2004-05, 2009, 2011, 2015, 2019), which includes winning the last three.
American will play for its Patriot League-record 17th title in program history after sweeping No. 5 Navy in Friday’s semifinal round. The Eagles extended their winning streak to 16 matches behind 14 blocks that helped hold the Mids to a .061 hitting percentage.
Army West Point advanced to the final for the second straight season and 15th time in program history after knocking off four-time defending Patriot League champion No. 2 Colgate in five sets on Friday. The Black Knights had three players record double-digit kills and were led by senior outside hitter Mackenzie Lynch’s career-high 25 kills.
