LEWISBURG, Pa. – Junior center Noah Williamson scored a game-high 25 points and grabbed nine rebounds to help Bucknell overcome a slow start to down Lehigh 67-50 on Monday night to remain undefeated at Sojka Pavilion in League play.
*Bucknell trailed 14-3 and was held without a field goal until a short jumper from senior guard Elvin Edmonds IV at the 11:24 mark in the first half.
*The Bison battled back, outscoring Lehigh 26-11, including five points from Williamson in the final two minutes to take a 29-25 lead into the break. Williamson scored 18 of his 25 points in the second half to help the Bison cruise to their sixth win in the last seven games and split the season series with Lehigh.
*Senior guard Josh Bascoe added 14 points, five rebounds and four assists for the Bison.
*Mountain Hawks’ senior guard Tyler Whitney-Sidney led Lehigh with 19 points and two steals on 8-of-16 shooting from the field.
*Sophomore guard Nasir Whitlock added 11 points, two rebounds and two assists for Lehigh.
