BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Patriot League has announced the promotion of Mikajah Hayes in advance of the 2026-27 academic year. Hayes has been promoted to Assistant Commissioner for Sport Administration and Business Operations.
“Mikajah has grown into a strong voice and leader on the Patriot League staff and within the League’s membership,” Patriot League Commissioner Jennifer Heppel said. “Since she arrived at the League office, she has worked tirelessly to advocate for improvements to our championships to better serve the student-athlete experience and we are excited to continue to watch her continue to develop and lead.”
The Ashburn, Va., native joined the League office staff as an Administrative Intern in August 2022 before being promoted to Associate Director for Championships and Business Operations three months later. She also received a promotion in July 2024.
Hayes will continue to manage the planning and administration of League championships. She will also assist with the management of daily business and financial operations and provide support and general administrative assistance.
