Fourth-seeded Lehigh scored exactly one minute and 40 seconds after third-seeded American scored the equalizer in the second half to defeat the Eagles 2-1 in the Patriot League Championship on Sunday, Nov. 15 at Beyer-Small '76 Field in Hamilton, N.Y. The Mountain Hawks advanced to the final after defeating top-seed and host Colgate 2-0, while American took down second-seed Boston University, 2-0, in the other semifinal contest.
