Patriot League Presidents’ Cup Standings Following the Fall Championship Season (12.13.22)

Army West Point, Navy, Boston University, Bucknell and Lehigh make up top-five in overall standings

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Army West Point leads the Patriot League Presidents' Cup standings at the conclusion of the seven fall sports championships, with Navy, Boston University, Bucknell and Lehigh rounding out the top five in the overall standings.

The Black Knights earned 43.75 points toward the Presidents' Cup during the fall season with second-place finishes in men's and women's cross country and women's soccer. Army West Point also claimed regular-season titles in men's and women's soccer, while tying for first place in the regular season in women's volleyball.

Eight-time defending Presidents' Cup Champion Navy is second with 42 points after collecting titles in men's and women's cross country and men's soccer. Boston University has compiled 38.75 points after claiming a regular-season title in field hockey. Bucknell is fourth with 36.75 points after winning the women's soccer title, while Lehigh is fifth with 33 points, aided by their first League field hockey title.

Navy sits atop the men's standings (18.75), with Army West Point (17.75), Boston University (16.25), Lafayette (14.75) and American (12.75) rounding out the top-five schools.

Army West Point leads the women's standings, compiling 26 points, and the Bison are second with 24.25 points through the fall. The Mids (23.25) is third, with the Terriers and Mountain Hawks tied for fourth with 22.5 points.

The Patriot League Presidents' Cup points are awarded based on a team's performances in the regular and postseason Patriot League standings. In cross country, golf, rowing, swimming and diving, and track and field, the points are awarded based on the final team finish at the Patriot League Championship. Points for football are based on the final regular-season standings.
